Excellent, thanks. New question.
Q 222 A creature with Regeneration converts all lethal damage to nonlethal damage, and a character with a high level in the Bone Knight prestige class (from Five Nations) is immune to nonlethal damage. Would such a character be immune to all damage that didn't bypass her regeneration?
A222 Yes. This is one of the selling points of the Ikea Tarrasque/Emerald Legion, if I'm not mistaken.

A223Fixed numbering for you. Also, Eberron Campaign Setting, page 27. Other answers include: As an adventurer, until the diamond dust runs out. As a commoner, til something threatens them. As an NPC, til the PCs show up. Age categories are 15/35/53/70, with a max of +2d20 years.

Shaikujin, your questions have "A###" in front of them instead of "Q###".
Doh, thanks for spotting that! Changed the message. Also, re-posting questions: Q214I can buy off the 2 ECL for a Mercury dragon wyrmling at lvl 6 and lvl 9. If I pick up more dragon HD to advance to the next category (young category increases the ECL from 2 to 3), at what level can I buy off this new ECL? Q215What are the ways to increase the Mercury dragon's size to "Large" category so that it can serve as a mount for a medium sized humanoid? So far I've come up with using Fleshwarper's Aberrant familiar's "Size increase attribute" plus familiar mount. Is there something simpler like a low LA template to can increase the size category (something like the drider template)? Q216Sorcerer levels stack with the spell casting ability of Dragons. As Sublime Chord spellcasting work like sorcerers', do dragon spellcasting stack with Sublime Chord? Trying to gain a faster spell casting progression.

Q 224 I'm not seeing anything other than fire spells needing a spellcraft roll, but is there anywhere that lets you know how lightning, ice, and acid works underwater? Like how water conducts electricity, etc?

A224 I know of no official rules on how energy types besides Fire function underwater. Assumedly, they follow the normal rules.
House rule: All Electricity effects get +2 DC if used against a target partially submerged in a conductive liquid, or +4 DC if the target is fully submerged.

Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future. Speaking of which: Don't even need TO for this. Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu]. Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

Q226 Is there any way for a Cleric to get an animal companion, excluding use of the Wild Cohort feat?
Q227 Is there any equivilent feat to Magical Training that is not a regional feat? Ie, a feat that grants you a spellbook with some minor cantrips, that you cast as a Wizard
Q228 Is there any divine version of Magical Training, that allows you to cast a limited number of orisons?

A227) Possibly Magical Affinity (Kingdoms of Kalamar - Player's guide).
Prereqs are int 13+; and Raised in Cosdol or Pel Brolenon; or Gray Elf, High Elf, Rock Gnome. You know and can cast a cantrip once per day for each point of intelligence bonus. That is, with int 14 you can pick light and detect magic and cast each of them once/day, but not pick light twice.
Doesn't have the [regional] tag, and if you're the right race you don't have to be from a specific region,
A228) Yes, but it's at the end of a three feat chain, and is dragon material.

Q229: A lucky charm (Complete Scoundrel 115) allows you to expend a charge as an immediate action (as per the errata) to “gain the benefit of a successful luck reroll without expending one of your daily luck rerolls.” When it says “successful luck reroll,” does it mean you automatically succeed on the roll? What if you couldn't normally succeed on the roll, such as if you're rerolling a skill check without a sufficient modifier? What if it's not the sort of roll where success and failure apply, such as an initiative check?

Remember that the level of Mindbender comes after the first level of Eldritch Disciple. Simplest way to get an LA +0 race with +2 Int is Gray Elf. I think Sun Elf (FR) also has a +2. That said, maybe you're asking about templates?

That said, maybe you're asking about templates? You can't get into Ur-Priest without Mindbender's +2 Fort save. Without Ur-Priest 2, you can't enter Eldritch Disciple. Also, yes, stackable ways would be better, as a +2 is fairly standard, and I'm looking for higher.
