No, Underdark, its an FR sourcebook. What are you trying to accomplish by treating it as light armor? Id have a better idea of what you need if I knew. I know there are a few class features out there that will reduce ACP and increase Max Dex, but Im drawing a blank ATM for what treats it as lighter than it is.
Well, the main idea is that medium and heavy armor slows you and light armor does not. As this slowness also applies to most extraordinary means of getting around (flight magic, etc)... It's not a requirement or anything, but I'd rather not lose a third of my speed. Ordinarily I'd just say fuck it, mithril breastplate. But I'm playing one of the few characters who actually can have a level appropriate AC, and that who does not have a very high Dex so I'd rather not. Also... Q195: Other than the Nightstick, the Reliquary Holy Symbol, and things that grant additional turning pools what effects increase the number of turn attempts available to you?
Anyone know?

Q199:Does anyone here play 4e? I'm really new to it, and I'd like some tips on a Zerth Artificer. Mostly I need help with items, and feats past 11th. Also, it looks like the Enhanced Resistive Formula is amazing, too, as it essentially doubles the Temp. HP from Resistive Formula (and I still get 1/2 to myself), and yet, I'm sure I'm missing something important that makes Shielding Formula better in some way.

You're probably not, because 4e is horrible and for every good ability there is there are at least 2-3 bad ones. As for optimization, just make sure to pick up the tax feats. Thats about all there is to it. It literally doesn't matter what kinds of feats you pick or what kinds of powers you pick so long as you pick powers that match your top ability score.

It appears so, but only for spells on the Paladin list.

Anyone know? Crack open your copy of tome of magic and flip to the pact magic magic item section. Look at the Teeth of Dahlver-Nar, look at Savnok's Tooth: Savnok: You move at your normal speed even when wearing medium or heavy armor or when carrying a medium or heavy load (unlike other creatures, whose speed is reduced in such situations). Faint transmutation; CL 5th; Price 2,000 gp.

Not unless the attack form would normally overcome the regeneration (such as a Troll Dragonfire Adept using its breath weapon)

I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle. The book doesn't even exist! Quotes: By yes, she means no.
That explains so much about my life. hiicantcomeupwithacharacterthatisntaghostwhyisthatamijustretardedorsomething
Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea. If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit. See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.

Q 202: Must a creature currently have natural weapons to be a valid target for Greater Magic Fang?
Recently got a Ring of Dragonshape (polymorph into young gold dragon for 1 hour 1/day) and thinking I might want to get a permanent GMF so my bite/claw/claw/wing/wing/tail routine can ignore a half-fiend recurring enemy's DR 10/magic.

Q203 Does a wizard's school specialization affect other classes and/or items with spells from those classes?
Q204 If you have multiple spellcasting classes, can you only control 4x the highest caster level or 4x each caster level?

A203: No. A204: Assuming you're talking about Animate Dead here. In that case, I'd say it was 4x the higher CL.

Spell check for legality once.... So cast the pernament GMF while you are in dragon form and you are set,you will also get the bonus when you are in humanoid form for your fists....

Wait. Even better. A kobold or orc vampire can wear one and go out in daytime. Since he's immune to the sun, and all.

RAI I think it certainly shouldn't, though. B. I think it is calculated separately for each casting class. It's not really an ongoing effect, since it can't be dispelled, etc. So you can't really invoke the stacking rules.

Q 207 Is there a list somewhere of what does and doesn't count as associated and non-associated classes for monsters? This includes PrCs. I know about ranger and fighter, and a few other classes that should be +1, but I'm reading that for a succubus two levels of fighter only increases their CR by +1 because they don't like to fight. That rogues and bards would be a straight up +1, etc.

No list. Just eyeball it. Basically: if the class helps the monster do what it already does, it's associated. If it doesn't, it's nonassociated. So if your monster makes a sucky cleric, at least you get twice as much sucky cleric for the same price.
