Q170. Q171. Is there any creature with super-hearing qualities (not the skill, like an Extraordinary Quality, for example)?
Marruspawn (Sandstorm) have Discriminating Hearing, which is a kind of blind-sense. It's more like Scent with a different sense type, actually, in that it takes actions to pinpoint things. Q179Wait. Wait. Wait. Scent requires actions?

So you end up stuck in an endless loop, unable to act, forever.
In retrospect, much like Keanu Reeves.

If it moves within 5 feet of the scent’s source, the creature can pinpoint that source. Q180 If a dragonwrought kobold takes levels in beguiler and has one of the sovreing archetypes, can he cast spells from the additional lists? so could a child of eberon cast all druid spells for example?

Q181: Are there any +1 LA (or lower) templates that add either acid or fire resistance or immunity? Homebrew is OK, also.
(I can't believe fiendish is +2...) The only thing I see is one level of one of the transition classes for fiendish, celestial, tiefling, etc, which only grant 5 and not much else. This is for a homebrew trollish monk character, if it matters. He has regen 1 (acid and fire), and I'm just looking to add some resistance/immunity to those.

Check my planetouched handbook. There are a ton. It needs to be a template that I can add onto an already existing character, due to how the troll "class" is worded... I think one level of the Tiefling/Half-fiend transitional class is probably my best bet.

Q182 are there any spells/abilities similar to bard's inspire greatness ability to grant HD. Spells would be optimal.

The one that gives like medusa gaze, tremorsense, and breath weapon.

Q180: What is a good invocation for Dragon Shaman to get with their one known Invocation from DrMagic?
Magic Insight. Free Identify will always be useful. However, this can be replicated with a cheap magic item, so YMMV. Also, this Handbook may help. It ranks invocations and provides reasons behind them.

Q183: Any cool luck-themed magic items, or items that could be changed easily to be luck/fortune themed? The ones I've found are the luckstone and blade and then the bevy of "re-roll this 1/day" ones. But, I was wondering if there was something else useful.

Rod of Wonder is very much luck-based. Of course, this is your luck as a player, not giving you a better shot of succeeding...

I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle. The book doesn't even exist! Quotes: By yes, she means no.
That explains so much about my life. hiicantcomeupwithacharacterthatisntaghostwhyisthatamijustretardedorsomething
Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea. If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit. See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.

Q 184 If Identity isn't used in your campaign (ie magic items just need fire ala Lord of the Rings to get figured out), what would be a good substitute to have for a second level Magic Domain spell?

Q185: I'm reading "Hammer", the psion power. What is the action needed to make the touch attacks with it? Is it a standard? I can't find rules that say that a "melee touch attack" is always a standard action.

Just glancing over some 2nd level spells, Spell Immunity Lesser (SC) or Distracting Ray (SC) seem to fit.

Based on it being a swift action and lasting 1 round without augmentation. I would say action for attack depends your attack method. It just charges your hand to deal 1d8 when you touch someone for 1 round. So if you do a full attack with 3 attacks (wilder or Psi. War) each could be a touch attack that deals 1d8. Or you could move and make a single touch attack, etc...

It's not always a standard action. It's an attack action, unless the specific ability says otherwise. So it works like arcangel.arcanis said. So you could make full attack with this, just as you can make full attacks with spells like Chill Touch.

So you could make full attack with this, just as you can make full attacks with spells like Chill Touch. They dropped attack action some where between D20M and 3.5. I kinda liked that your number of actions could be dictated by BaB, but that is another discussion.

Thanks; thats satisfactory (not exactly the simplest question, it seems). So, combine it with other natural / touch attacks, is what I'm getting from it.
