Oriental Adventures I believe. I don't know if it has been updated.

Q 133. With scrying spells, ( http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicOverview/spellDescriptions.htm#scrying), you create an invisible sensor that can be spotted with a DC 20 intelligence check. My question-- if a player fails the intelligence check but is under the effects of True Seeing, what (if anything) do they see? Do they need to roll a Spot check or something to notice the sensor? I mean, how big/easy to notice is it?

Q132 What is the source of the Hero Domain (if it exists)? If it's the one I'm thinking of, you really needed to be a Shaman to gain any real benefit.

Grrr... someone stole my number... So I'm taking a new one! Hah! There are infinite numbers! Q 134. Q 135: With Gestalt rules in Unearthed Arcana on the SRD, are you able to take the same prestige class on both sides at the same time? (Ex: A druid going planar shepard 5 on one side and 5 on the other simultaneously) I know there are rules against other prestige classes at the same time but the same one?
Q 136: With the Enhance Wild Shape spell from Spell Compendium, is it even worth it to do a 3 level dip into Master of Many Forms or just stick to straight Druid? The spell doesn't seem to completely over-shadow the class as it gives all the extraordinary abilities but not the stats..

A135 I don't believe so, no. Though I do see it House Ruled like that in quite a few PbP.

A135: You have to select two classes. That would be selecting one class.

Q137If a duskblade using his Arcane Channling gets a critical, does he get both the crit on the weapon and the spell being channeled?
Q138 Are there any templates that enhance constructs? Incarnate Golem > Dustform template trick is out...

A138: Dragon mag 327 has some templates for golems, and dungeonscape has the hivenest template that can be added to constructs. there are probably more out there, but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

I see that you want to solve problems. Not problems like, "What is beauty?," because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of 'philosophy'. You want to solve practical problems. F'r instance, how are you gonna stop some big, mean Mother Hubbard from tearing you a structurally superfluous new behind? The answer: Use a gun. And if that don't work? Use more gun.
And if that fails try this

i would think no, empower only affects variable numerical effects. but it would allow you to take one-half more of 1d3 summoned creatures if you chose the prior level's list.

Q141 How much can a rope hold up before it breaks? I think we're supposed to use real world mechanics for that, so it'll depend on the thickness. The standard is 200 lbs for 1 inch diameter, and 800 lbs for 2 inch diameter.

Q141 How much can a rope hold up before it breaks?
A141: i dont know of any rules that definitively has that answer.... but a rope can be broken with a DC 23 strength check. and a strength of 23 has a max carrying capacity of 600 lbs. maybe you can use that as an estimate?

No, no, you're thinking too much in terms of mechanics. A 141However much the DM lets you get away with, obviously.
