Indeed, I would like to also apply once the thread is up. I tend to have a high amount of availability (which I assume will only increase in a month when school ends for the summer) and can devote a good deal of my time to helping members of the community by stickying threads, creating sub-forums (as it looks like Min/Max already needs a few), and whatever else the community would benefit from.

Lower right corner should be previous/next page in this thread, not previous/next thread on the board. Makes me feel weird when I expect to see the next page in a thread I am reading and instead wander into something completely different.
Edit: Also, maybe make the 'new' text to look at new posts in a particular thread a different color. Otherwise I get mistaken into thinking that the topic is actually The Latest Way to maximize something New.
