IT WASN'T ME, IT WAS PEER PRESSURE!!!
(changed a bit my artifactly armor, added that it grants no spellcasting failure, does 50 000 gp sound right for this effect)

Hmmmmm, well, maybe you can run it by someone else than mister sinister than? I think Aftercrescent, Surreal, Caelic, BowenSilverclaw, SDK, Tsuio, Treantmonk (if he's still around), or any of the 3 BG'ers could easily be replacement referee's given sufficient info if mister sinister is unavailable.
( I named those because they are all people who's rules judgment i trust, and they were at the top of my head, if you're not in there, i still like you, you just weren't in my head at the moment)
