Big Grin I'm playing the slightly toned down (but admittedly still insane) kobold version of my rogue-ish wizard. I plan to hit Incantatrix later, but won't get the 3rd level till char level 10, which will be who knows how long from now...

Since you started this... I have a question for our Illustrious DM:

Will adding things like Iron Will gained via the Otyugh Hole in Complete Scoundrel be a problem after the game starts? Basically, are you going to follow the fluff for that, or just let us buy it with no RP required? If you're going to require the RP, will it be feasible to do in-game? I could buy it now and write it into my backstory, but I'd have to get rid of my Handy Haversack, meaning my gimp kobold ass will be over-encumbered. I guess I could buy a mule, or ask someone else to carry stuff, though...

Well, you are joining a Guild that basically dimension-hops as a profession, so...

If you ask, they could get you there. A year ago.

On a strange note, would anyone be put out if we had a post about people or events we can spare a thought for, or if its within their creed, a prayer for? Just a random thought, but ... hells I wouldn't have known about either Archangels daughter or Saeomons niece if I didn't happen to be on these threads.
Sounds fine to me.
probably over on "Off-topic".
might want to put a little disclaimer in the first post.

This is the Min/Max board. We should be able to figure out a way to optimize the POWER OF PRAYER(TM) that doesn't involve "Pazuzu, Pazuzu, Pazuzu".

My final project for my film independent study course. It could do with a watching and critiquing

It led me to "The Dungeons and the Dragons", which was hilarious, so a minor amount of stupid is forgiven.

But only a minor amount.

Any comments on the, ahem, immunizations?

ok I think this is a good question that should have been brought up a while a go but how are we treating Psionic equal to magic (Psionic energy and magic as mutually And equally vulnerable to a dispel magic spell or a dispel psionic power. spell resistance protects agents power just as it protects against spells.) or treat them as two separate things ?

And how will the spike interact with kitty form? I mean it's hard for a cat to walk with a 1ft spike sticking out of chest...

My character isn't much bigger than a kitty in his normal form... (small size with the slight form ability means he's barely above tiny). I'd wondered the same thing. A 1 foot spike isn't as big of a deal if you're big, but what if that's about as big as you are?

You'll find that it, strangely enough, doesn't encumber you at all.

In kitty form, it will still be the same size, but it, again, won't encumber you.

It's weightless and is out of your way when you need it to be. Otherwise, it would be less useful for your new line of work, and they would have found a staging plane or something.

Oh, and guys? I'm going camping until Sunday, so please, just discuss amongst yourselves.
