If you can fit in vital recovery, it may help with healing some.

Going the Black Sand route for healing.

Can't decide on follow up levels. I am leaning towards dungeoncrasher with fighter, but I doubt that has the needed versatility of the challenge. A level in factotum either 2nd or 3rd level will be highly likely. Thinking about trying to stave off ToB classes until level 5 to net 2nd level maneuvers, but they may be required earlier.
