Potentially. 3 Swappable Feats/4 Levels is nice.

My question about the IL boost is: did you do this to design the fighter to multiclass?  Really, that's what the feature does.  So, either you dip a few levels of fighter for the feats and play a martial adept, or you play a fighter, and dip out to a MA class at key levels when your IL increases to pick up the top level maneuvers to augment your fighter class.

Although, if nothing else, I suppose it does make Martial Study and Martial Stance nicer.  If you remove the three cap on MS, it could be pretty handy for a straight-classed fighter, too.  Alternately, you could set the max on MS to be 3 or your fighter class level, whichever is higher.

Totally true.  Historians believe that most past civilizations would have endured for centuries longer if they had successfully determined Batman's alignment.

Why are so many posts on the board the equivalent of " Dear Dr. Crotch, I keep punching myself in the crotch, and my groin hurts... what should I do? How can I make my groin stop hurting?"

and just to add to this a little bit.  if you design a class to either be a dip class or to dip into another class you have a seriouse design flaw.  ever feature of the class should be good without the need for another class to make it useful

I design the fighter to be multiclassable but not only useful as a dip. If you have any idea on how to do this, thanks.

one way with your setup is to give them a maneuver progression and recovery mechanic and instead of just getting 3/4th there level give them a slower level progression for the maneuver level they can use similiar to a bard or partial caster.

another is to just allow them to take the Martial Study feat more often than normaly allowed

The battle feat as a move action is a psuedo recovery mechanic.

Maybe changing  the battle feat mechanic to get one maneuver back at one step faster than the battle feat would allow a feat swap?

So instead of swapping White Raven Tactics for White Raven Tactics as a standard action it recovers it as a move action.
