Hmmm... you could qualify for swiftblade with 4 levels of ardent, assuming you can add physical acceleration to a mantle. And Practiced Manifester would cover the ML loss...

As for the ranger, you hardly have to worry about being Colossal for a while (likely longer than this game will last Tongue) and by the time we're that high-level Phaedrus is likely to just handwave it anyway.

I'm not sure that's how it works. You have an ML3 PLA which normally costs 5pp, I don't think you can augment it until you reach lv6.

@ Prime: Puppeteers get it at ML 1, so I see it as equivalent to being a level 1 power for them.  Phaedrus, can I augment it or not?

@ Everybody: I get two powers.  I have three that look useful, realize that these aren't set in stone as I can change my powers known when resting.  Biofeedback, Mending Touch, and Vigor.  I can share all of them with people in my Worldthought Network.  Thoughts?

Edit: I also can't figure out what feats I want to take.

DR 2/- for the whole party seems great. We all need it.

but...isn't physical acceleration a 3rd level power? How would I get it by level 4? Also, I think I'll go with concept 2 on this. While I'm pretty sure concept 1 would have a higher damage output (I can see having around 50+ strength without crazy hoop-jumping, depending on what the size bonus' are) and be easier to manage, I also think it would get boring having nothing but a (admittedly spectacular) hulk smash tactic. C.C2 has 9th level manifestations available, and therefore has more options. Might get a bit feat-starved though, but thats workable. I just need to decide whether or not to take a swordsage level to get shadow blade available (since I'll be using a rapier, finesse route might be smart to reduce MAD, and shadow blade would finish letting me dump strength...somewhat)

Either way, I can see Physical acceleration on the conflict, freedom or time mantles, which can I link it to?

Be aware, it would be DR 2/- for two people within 30' of me at this level.

Naturally it will be for the frontliners who need it. The marksman would be away from harm's way most of the time I presume.

In fact, if you can apply that DR to Leviathan instead of Susan it would be awesome.

considering I'm a d6 hit die'd fencer and I'm pretty sure you can bring Leviathan back a lot easier than either me or archangel, shouldn't WE get the DR before the giant snake?

That is very true. I apologise for not noticing because I kinda saw nothing on the character sheet thread.

Oh by the way, once Leviathan dies, he's unavailable for the rest of the day. Susan would need to walk

to be fair, I haven't posted anything just yet. Still sorting everything out. I'll get to work once I find out what mantle is getting physical acceleration (from now on, I'm calling it haste. It's much easier)

Phaedrus, does the inherent enhancement bonus to Intelligence we're getting affect skill points?  I ask because if not I'll need to adjust my stats in the "temp" column so as not to confuse myself.

Since all of us start Exiled. Do you guys want to start without knowing each other?

Coz you know the sort of mentality that people develop when they're essentially tossed out of civillization and forced to fend for themselves.

well...I'm pretty sure archangel lived in a wasteland all his life, judging by his backstory (or am I thinking of another character...?). It doesn't matter to me whether or not we've met before, I'm cool either way.

I could see it fitting in Natural World, also. Any of those is fine with me, actually, but all of the ones you listed already have a 3rd level power. If you wanted to replace Graft Weapon with Haste in Physical Power, I'd be fine with that. Graft Weapon is kind of a crappy power, IMO, except for niche builds.

Don't worry about being big, though, at least as far as I'm concerned.

No. It's just like wearing a headband of intellect.

Yeah, that's a bit weird... I'd never noticed that before. Hmm... It's only going to affect you personally, and not your host. So sure. Why not? If someone's trying to beat on your itty-bitty slug body, you'll need the protection.

Ah, ok.  Probably don't have enough feats to swing that, then.  I can still just take the CWar version of Elusive Target, right?  I think I'll wait for that.
Yeah sure, if you want to. You can still take the Tome feat too, if you need Dodge as a prereq for something.

Done except for powers, feats, equipment, and fluff.

Feats and equipment are going to be the most time consuming.

Well my character lived in a wasteland most of his life. Personally I'm quite happy living in south Louisiana and the only time it is a wasteland is on nights that involve bean dip.

I'm pretty sure some ruined towns still provide enough shelter for squatters. Susan would likely bunk down there for the night. Leviathan cannot be summoned while Susan is asleep.

Just want to make sure you guys know that I updated the house rules to allow half other classes to stack for most progressions, as well as racial hit dice. This should work the way it does for martial adepts, but apply to most other progressions like manifesting, sneak attack, etc. We'll see how that plays. Let me know what you think.
