Pyroclastic is a legal choice for half Dragons or Draconic Heritage (skill: Listen, choose Fire or Sonic to get save bonus against).

Same with Chaos (bonus vs. Compulsions)

I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Quotes:
By yes, she means no.
That explains so much about my life.

Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea.

If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit.  See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.

I love how no one has taken a second look at the end of my post.

You know, the part where I say you can apply Fell Drain or Searing Spell to Inspirational Boost to make attacks you make drain a level/bypass Fire Resistance respectively.

Wait, if the Fell Drain is legal, would it bestow a negative level for each IC type? I.e., would I drain 3 levels each time I hit, no save?

Hope not.

Bard: "I can get three idiots to kill guys for me."

On a strange note, would anyone be put out if we had a post about people or events we can spare a thought for, or if its within their creed, a prayer for? Just a random thought, but ... hells I wouldn't have known about either Archangels daughter or Saeomons niece if I didn't happen to be on these threads.
Sounds fine to me.
probably over on "Off-topic".
might want to put a little disclaimer in the first post.

This is the Min/Max board. We should be able to figure out a way to optimize the POWER OF PRAYER(TM) that doesn't involve "Pazuzu, Pazuzu, Pazuzu".

My final project for my film independent study course. It could do with a watching and critiquing

Maybe b/c I can't even figure out what you mean by that.  Why would a metamagic feat be applied?  Are you hoping to apply Fell Drain to Inspirational Boost?  I see that as kind of a reach, too.  You can't Fell Drain Polymorph, even though the Strength bonus will increase the damage your friends do.

I'll kill you before you're born.

Quote from: Fell Drain
Benefit: You can alter a spell that deals damage to foes
You need to do some metamagic chaining to even apply it, and then what? Inspirational Boost only deals damage to your self so you gain a negative level. Inspire is a separate. effect

Dang, I knew there was a difference between Critical Strike and Inspirational Boost. Scratch that part, please.

Here's why everyone loves it, short and sweet version: If I can pick between adding 4 to hit and damage of my party's beatface, or adding 4d6 damage to my party's beatface, I'd rather add 4d6. Because except for one out of 1296 attacks, it's better than +4 damage. In fact, that saves him Power Attacking for 4, and still nets more damage, so you don't lose anything.

If we fight something immune to that, or it rarely beats the resistance, I just use regular inspire instead of dragonfire inspire. It isn't like you trade one away for the other.

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.
