I mean, consider just the Deck Of Many Things.  It is impossible to quantify.

Just don't count it towards the WBL.  Count it as a class level.
I can deal with that.

Q258
Are there any races that get extra skill points every level, like humans? I know strongheart halflings get the feat, but I'm seriously interested in the skillpoints.
There's the wild template from dragon 306 that does htat.

Thanks. Looks like this is what I was trying to do, fluff-wise. But the stat penalties hurt.

Q 276: Is there a hand book on the creation of base weapons and armor, aka no magic enhancements, just material crafting options, and weapon templates?

A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

A 274

Against becoming Fanatic, as per the epic Diplomacy rules, yes. Against all other applications, including being turned from Hostile to Helpful, no.

"Just what do you think the moon up in the sky is? Everyone sees that big, round shiny thing and thinks there must be something round up there, right? That's just silly. The truth is much more awesome than that. You can almost never see the real Moon, and its appearance is death to humans. You can only see the Moon when it's reflected in things. And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Since the moon you see in the sky is just being reflected in the heavens, if you tear open the heavens it's easy to break it~"

They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
