Potion of wieldskill stapled to scroll of guidance of the avatar stapled to scroll of timestop?
I think there are boots of temporal acceleration lurking somewhere, though. Also, maybe highest level weapon of legacy abilities?
I think fey bloodline wouldn't, unseelie fey template would. It's not time stop, but it does the same thing. Not half bad. Cheaper than taking Time Stop 1/day, that's for sure. Not quite the stop watch from Castlevania, but it'll definitely do. I wondered about that. Assuming fey-blooded and half-fey would do it too?

Anything that changes creature type to Fey or explicitly says you count as type Fey for purposes of whatever it is you want to do.
Nothing that isn't fey, doesn't count as fey, and just sings to trees and goes to parades in San Fransisco.
You know, a problem like this came up in Family Guy once, and the solution was pretty simple.
"Wait, wait, I have another question, how do I know if I'm Jewish?" "Are you Jewish?" "No." "There you go, sport."

A. Either Figher 1 with the Hit and Run ACF, or a Whirling Frenzy Barbarian.
Q201. Is there a non-class way to gain the ability to turn undead, or have something that counts as turning undead?
You can't use a UMD check to grab yourself a Divine feat, can you?

Just a random thought, but ... hells I wouldn't have known about either Archangels daughter or Saeomons niece if I didn't happen to be on these threads.
Sounds fine to me. probably over on "Off-topic". might want to put a little disclaimer in the first post. This is the Min/Max board. We should be able to figure out a way to optimize the POWER OF PRAYER(TM) that doesn't involve "Pazuzu, Pazuzu, Pazuzu". My final project for my film independent study course. It could do with a watching and critiquing

A 200: I'd say Beguiler, unless you're determining Int completely randomly and it turned out low. Tiny size, unassuming appearance, high Dex, and racial Move Silently bonus should help a lot with taking advantage of Cloaked Casting and Surprise Casting. Also you can use Charm Monster to turn trolls into crazy cat ladies and that's got to be good for a few laughs.

Decided to go back a few pages, and bump a few missed questions... Q 150 Were archliches evil in 2nd Ed? I'm reading up on a being named Deimos who was an archlich in the Mystara world, but arch liches are of the good variety in 3.5, are they not? If that's the case, what would Deimos be now? Q 156 Where can I find info on the Riyakaa creature? Q 176 Where can I find the Mantle of Freedom feat? Google doesn't work, and the X to Y thread says Dungeon 104? pg? (I can't find it in that book). Q 199 Is the bard the only class that's naturally proficient with the whip? And add a couple of new ones... Q 202 Anyone know if they ever updated the Vampire Lord to 3.5 http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mm/20021018a? As it stands now, it'd DR is 10/+3. The original vampire template gave the creature DR 15/+1, which got changed to 10/magic and silver. Q 203 Is there a light shield version of the Gauntlet Shield from Races of Stone?

No, and no. Well, unless Archlich is special in Mystara. Not a lot of familiarity with that one. Q 156 Where can I find info on the Riyakaa creature? No idea. Q 176 Where can I find the Mantle of Freedom feat? Google doesn't work, and the X to Y thread says Dungeon 104? pg? (I can't find it in that book). No idea. Never heard of it. Q 199 Is the bard the only class that's naturally proficient with the whip? Only base class in official wotc 3.5, unless there's an ACF for it somewhere, yes. No, it was never updated. I'd imagine it'd be the same, though. Maybe 15/magic and silver if you are looking for a strong boost except by weapons that bypass it. Q 203 Is there a light shield version of the Gauntlet Shield from Races of Stone?
Nope.

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.
Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH! Behind door number 2: A magic crown! Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY! They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.
Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.
Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time. I give you much fu. Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky, Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone, Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die, One for the Wizard on his dark throne In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

Orange Ioun Stone, any ability that increases caster level for that school/subschool (such as Dimensional Jaunt for a Teleportation spell-like or Fey Power for an Enchantment), any ability that flat out increases caster level (Draconic Power) There are more, but those are the basics.

Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea. If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit. See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.

Sounds like the Ardent class from Complete Psionic? Ardents access Mantles, one of which is Freedom. Q41 If a dragon was able to use the spell Steal Life (BovD, pg 106) from a greater Ring of Spell Storing or some such shenanegans, could making itself younger reduce its Hit Dice?

Q.197 - Forgotten, Times of Trouble, Epic Champaign, i'm an Epic Druid, and i need to find Mielikki's Avatar ASAP, of course, Divinations won't work, and soon no divine magic at all, so, suggestions? It can be a roleplay-based-tip, anything is welcome.
Look for whichever place has the greatest concentration of natural life, it's a sure bet. There's a good chance her avatar is an unicorn, as well, so you should keep your eyes peeled for those. That's pretty vague, how am i supposed to make this "concentration" analysis? Is there a spell that helps in this?

Q 206 What's the feat that allows a creature with multiple limbs to wear more than the base number of items? ie Enabling a Marilith to wear three rings, or two sets of bracers.
A 206: Extra Item Space, the monstrous feat from Savage Species. It gives you one extra item slot per feat use. It can be used multiple times. So a Marilith could take the feat 4 times and have 4 more ring slots for a total of 6 ring slots. Also, there's the Additional Magic Item Space Epic feat from the Epic Level Handbook which does the same thing but requires an Epic Feat. And apparently it can't be used on the same type of magic item slot. But it can be used by anyone.

A206 suplemental: also there is this: Extra RingsType: Item Creation Source: Eberron Campaign Setting Your familiarity with forging magic rings allows you to make use of more rings than normal. Prerequisite: Forge Ring, caster level 12th. Benefit: You can wear up to four magic rings, two on each hand, and all function normally. Normal: Without this feat, you can only wear and use two magic rings at one time. or you could use some magic items that allow extra things: Spare Hand(MIC), Hand of Glory(DMG)
