A 117: Like pretty much every other humanoid or humanoid-shaped thing in the monster manual, that werebear has a single Warrior class level, that's where it's getting the Handle Animal from.  As for what the werebear's other class skills are:
Quote from: Lycanthropes As Characters
Racial Skills: A lycanthrope adds skill points for its animal Hit Dice much as if it had multiclassed into the animal type. It gains skill points equal to (2 + Int modifier, minimum 1) per Hit Die of the animal form. Any skills that appear in the animal’s description are treated as class skills for the lycanthrope’s animal levels. The lycanthrope’s maximum skill ranks  are equal to its animal form Hit Dice + its racial Hit Dice (if any) + its class levels + 3. Any racial skill adjustments of the lycanthrope’s base race and its animal form (but not conditional adjustments) are added to its skill modifiers in any form.

So just look at what the brown bear has mentioned for skills.

Q118: Where can I find a list (or at least ONE!) construct that is a good, survivable, RANGED combatant for a midlevel artificer with Craft Construct to make, that is better for them than the Arbalester Homunculi?

Q119: Would Gentle Repose allow for extra time before raising a corpse with the Dirgesong's Song of Awakening the way it does with Raise Dead?

Probably should.  Otherwise revenescene would work.

That's what threw me off. But I'd forgotten about the warrior level. That makes sense.

Q 120 This may not be a simple question. Does anyone remember the living dolls from 2nd Ed? I first encountered them in Ravenloft. The worst ones being the ones who literally traded souls with you so they had your body, and you had theirs.

Did 3.5 ever update these anywhere?

God I hope so.  A Child's Play themed horror game would be awesome.

Mock them up.  Have a low statted commoner1 body, make the possessing spirits ghosts, house rule that the possession switches souls, problem solved.

But tiny instead of medium, though. I don't remember their difficulty, but my fighter was level 2 at the time. But then again, I was the lowest in the party. The highest was the level 5 necromancer.

Q121a: If ECL +1 was permitted?

A121: Magic-Blooded(dragon 306) Unseelie Fey(dragon compendium) Lesser Cansin(dragon 297) gets a +6.  (-2 str, +2 dex, -2 con, +2 int,-2 wis, +6 cha).  Replace lesser cansin with lesser aasimar to zero out int and wisdom if you want.
Magic-blooded unseelie fey venerable Dragonwrought  desert kobold gets a +7. (-6 str, +4 dex, -2 con, -1 wis, +3 int, +7 cha)

A121b: draconic magic-blooded unseelie fey venerable dragonwrought desert kobold gets a +9 charisma, and if you pick up your first level feat after templates are is taken into account, ends up with you being a dragon.  Final stat mods would be -4 str, +4 dex, -1 wis , +3 int, +9 cha

Q122 Does anyone have a link to the ranking of spellcaster reserve feats?  Google was not helpful.

A123 Dolgrim, ECS.

Q 116: Is there a way to turn Swift action spells into standard actions? As in: my Wizard/Swiftblade wants to Standard Action Wraithstrike, Full Attack, Swift Action Temp HP from Polymorph Reserve feat.
Use swift action to cast the spell into Ring of Spell Storing. Use standard action to cast the spell out of the ring.

Just because Sharns have an LA, doesn't make them playable.

Depends on your definition of playable. Are you, by the rules, able to play them? Yes. Are they worth the LA? Yes. Will your DM let you? That's not for us to decide.

Q 124 Whirling Frenzy gives you an additional attack when you're making a full attack. Does this stack with two-weapon fighting, snap kick, haste, and/or a speed weapon because of it's -2 to all attacks?
