Are we going off good having to pray at dawn/noon and evil at dusk/midnight? If not, then Noxatra would be fine with a short break/prayer, seeing as clerics don't require rest before gaining spells.

Ok you got a point. My apprentice should have enough slots to pretty much full up everyone. So all we need is for Veldor to rest and get his mentals back in order. Nox can go first. Yeah. Nox can definitely go first, she can even pray while moving, that saves time. Bear base speed is 40 ft/round, in response to Nick. Diesel is as fast as you guys. How about one of you bears let Veldor sit on and not borrow a mount?

Okay, I can see her stopping with some line of not thinking strait, getting mentals back same as Veldor. So if Bertha leads with that, she is willing to take a break.

Yeah Veldor prays for his spells every day at 8 AM, so he'd be ready to leave at 9 AM earliest. I think Sinister said we finished dealings with Belial late afternoon/early evening so that's what - 6-7 PM? If so, it's like 14 hours until we get moving to go to Allaria. I'm guessing that Bertha prays for spells in the morning as well, so we could definitely coordinate leaving once we finish.
If it's okay with Bertha he'll ride on Bart with Barry to take that burden off Meepo.

Its more about survivability than burden. Any one of the bears is far tougher than my dire dire weasel, and replacing them can be a bitch.

Well, RE prayer times: Kurtulmak: Probably whatever time they do that dragon ritual, I think just before dawn, where it doesn't get in the way of work. Shar: Almost certainly dusk or midnight. Probably midnight at the height of her power. Silver Flame: Dawn or Noon for the same reasons as Shar, only inverted. Bharrai: What time DO furries pray?

Sure, heck, you can even ride on Bertha. In either case, though, I recommend getting off either before battle starts or in the very first round, as the bears are melee machines. I can see possible justifications for any time of the day to pray. During a thunderstorm would be most appropiate, but that's not exactly a set time of the day. So let's just say dawn and be done with it. Alternatively, we could PM Lycan and ask him.

If I'm about to be in melee, being on top of a bear of a war machine is the best place to be.

True, but personally, if I'm a summoner or a SCM, even with a Cleric base, I'd rather not be in melee in the first place.

My main question would be "Do my opponents want to be in melee with Bertha either?"

I'd say the answer depends on said opponents' Int and Wis scores.

Veldor is leaving for the city underneath Allaria after prayer at 9 AM. Picked out spells for the day as well. That wisdom damage really put a dent in his bonus spells, dood!

How much did he take? Barry has an Orb of Mental Renewal, which can heal varying amounts of mental ability damage (or half as much to all three scores) based on how many charges are expended. On that note, how much ability damage did Noxatra take? (This also reminds me, Barry also uses a charge from his Rod of Bodily Restoration to heal the 1d3 points of Str damage Bertha takes after her Greater Luminous Armor wears off.) I need to reprepare spells on my two casters, but that'll likely be the same as today for the most part. I'll swap three or four out at most, I predict. (Maybe we shouldn't bother prepping resurrection magic. )

He took 9 intelligence, wisdom, and charisma damage. He cast lesser restoration for 3 healed to his wisdom. When he wakes up he will pray for spells, then cast Restoration on himself. If Barry could heal some more wisdom, that'd let him get more bonus spells before praying. So yeah, if the item has daily charges or something that would be awesome to use on Veldor.

Two charges heal 6 damage. Perfect. How much did Nox take?

Don't worry about it, if we are resting, it is gone. It has a duration, and is a penalty.
