Ok, so the SRD is muddily worded at best.

Does this mean that I get a scaling amount of PP's that grows to whatever it is under the level column?  Or is it every level you get the amount of PP listed in the level column?

It's scaling, not cumulative.

A simple way to check is to erase your Bonus PP value every time you level up, then do the math formula (key ability modifier*your manifester level*½, rounding down like always).

You cross reference it at each level.  So, if you're level 5 with a manifesting stat of 17, you look at your class to see how many PP you have as your base, and you look up the bonus PP table for level 5 and stat 17 and add those two numbers together.

Of course, if you're running a character level by level, you can just add the difference between your last level and your current level.

Totally true.  Historians believe that most past civilizations would have endured for centuries longer if they had successfully determined Batman's alignment.

Why are so many posts on the board the equivalent of " Dear Dr. Crotch, I keep punching myself in the crotch, and my groin hurts... what should I do? How can I make my groin stop hurting?"

I suggest carving "Don't be a dick" into him with a knife.  A dull, rusty knife.  A dull, rusty, bent, flaming knife.

I don't even stat out commoners. Commoner = corpse that just isn't a zombie. Yet.

thanks y'all, I'm building an ardent and trying to determine if it's worth a level in psi-war to start and that was a big question since psi-war gets 0 points at level 1
