1.So maul of the titans does 3x damage to inanimate objects, does this work with sunder? So if that is a yes, what if I take greater sunder and smash some ones armor or weapon they take the leftover damage. So does this work?

2. Does sunder work with things like Cleave and Vital Strike?

1 - No. How it would get calculated is up to your DM, but under no circustance will that allow you to deal extra damage to anything but an object.

2 - Nope. Not a viable target.

Not Arguing but this is what me thought it would,

Benefit: You receive a +2 bonus on checks made to
sunder an item. This bonus stacks with the bonus granted
by  Improved Sunder. Whenever you  sunder to destroy
a weapon, shield, or suit of armor, any excess damage is
applied to the item’s wielder
. No damage is transferred if
you decide to leave the item with 1 hit point.

Also for the sunder with cleave and vital strike, A monk can interchange a combat maneuver with any strike during flurry of blows, and you can do this during a full attack.

Performing a Combat Maneuver: When performing a
combat maneuver, you must use an action appropriate to
the maneuver you are attempting to perform.

Sunder
You can attempt to sunder an item held or worn by your
opponent as part of an attack action in place of a melee
attack.

Vital Strike (Combat)
You make a single attack that deals significantly more
damage than normal.
Prerequisites: Base attack bonus +6.
Benefit: When you use the attack action, you can make
one attack at your highest base attack bonus that deals
additional damage.

We always disallow Disjuction and Sunder from our games.... as players not DMs. I dont want some duchebag sundering all my loot.

Make whole now repairs items (magic as well) so no longer an issue. Had a paladin with the weapon bond get owned by a rust monster and found this out, so I'm not playing a douche bag role.

MAKE WHOLE
School transmutation; Level cleric 2, sorcerer/wizard 2
Range close (25 f. + 5 f./2 levels)
Target one object of up to 10 cu. f./level or one construct
creature of any size
This spell functions as mending, except that it repairs 1d6 points
of damage per level when cast on a construct creature (maximum
5d6).
Make whole can fx destroyed magic items (at 0 hit points or
less), and restores the magic properties of the item if your caster
level is at least twice that of the item. Items with charges (such as
wands) and single-use items (such as potions and scrolls) cannot
be repaired in this way. When make whole is used on a construct
creature, the spell bypasses any immunity to magic as if the spell
did not allow spell resistance.

Nice... learned something new today! Thanks for the heads up.
