Q245: Just like Expeditious Dodge (RotW) can be substituted for the regular Dodge feat, is there a similar replacement for Mobility to be found anywhere?

A245 Armor of Mobility gives you the feat for 10000 gold.

answering all other questions before bumping Q 240 Besides the Wu Jen, what are the other spellcasting classes that offer unique spells known (That is to say, spells that a Sorcerer/Wizard/Cleric/Druid/Paladin/Bard cannot cast)?
A240: Seperate lists are bad. Arcane and divine magic only: Ranger, Shugenja, Dread Necromancer, black gaurd, beguiler, duskblade, warmage, and assassins and a few other PrCs. There are also domains galore, and a bunch of other classes that have limited spell lists (like the adept). This discludes psuedo "casters" like artificers, shadowcasters, erudites, etc Q245: Just like Expeditious Dodge (RotW) can be substituted for the regular Dodge feat, is there a similar replacement for Mobility to be found anywhere? I might have seen one. But it was very niche or still suboptimal to the mobility enhancement. That's what you want [edit: ninja'd]

Who's gonna take a crack at this bump? Q238: Does Reserves of Strength [DCS86] allow a 9HD lesser planar ally by the 'still capped' interpretation?

Q246: How do natural attacks interact with normal attacks?
For example, a character with Improved Unarmed Strike with +9/+4 Bab can attack twice in a round. She also has natural attacks of 2 claws and a bite.
Can this character then attack for their normal routine at +9/+4, then her natural claw attacks at +9/+4 and Bite +4?
Or
do you take the -5 on the natural attacks for +9/+4 then +4/-1 and -1?

There's the Spell-To-Power erudite variant here: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070629aAnd there was some psiotheurgy stuff in one of the dragon mags, yes, but I don't remember which OTOH.

They would get unarmed strikes at +9/+4 and the claws and bite at +4 each. If Multiattack is a posessed feat, then it goes to +7 on the natural attacks.

Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea. If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit. See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.

Q235: What ways are there to reduce the cost of crafting non-magical items (mostly weapons and alchemical items, but tips for any kind of non-magical item are welcome)?
EDIT: Forgot to mention, I already have Apprentice (Craftsman).
Bump The Blazing Forge planar touchstone halves the cost needed for crafting masterwork items (will be adding this to my handbook soon).

Is that half the total cost, half the non-magical cost, or half the cost of masterwork?

Countdown to Zombie Apocalypse 97 When you see this, copy it into your sig and -1 Quotes In other words, he thinks there's a "correct" way to play D&D. *sigh* There is: Kill shit and loot the corpse! When you use a tool the way it was designed for -- its intended function -- then it will work very well for you.
But it's not the tool's fault if you use it for something else and you fail utterly, such as trying to eat cereal with a butterknife, pounding nails with a screwdriver, blogging to voice your political opinions, and brushing your teeth with a hammer.

Q 249: I have a player looking at making a Druid//Scout. Both get Trackless Step. Is there any alternate class feature for either class to trade out for something else?
Q 250: Same question, but for Woodland Stride and Flawless Stride (I realize Flawless Stride is better).

A249/250I can't seem to find any applicable ACFs for Scout. Druids, on the other hand: *(takes deep breath)* from drag.mag. 311: - Metal Master - Wild Reaper (keeps woodland stride) - Wind Walker - Winter Warden from #347: - Focused Animal from #339: - Sidhe Scholar from #317: - Urban Druid from #328: - Storm Druid All can be found in the Crystal Keep reference (and with fairly clear explanations, no less). With the exception of Wild Reaper, these variants lose both woodland stride and trackless step. Most of these are radical departures from the core druid -- depending on what you are going for, some of these may be hazardous to your build.

If you stop ignoring 289 pages telling what the intent is to stretch "more power" in your own god complexion of your interpretation trumps all to cover ability adjustments from aging then I will ignore a quarter page of rules that exist within a sidebar.
I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.

You want to switch out Trackless Step for either? Done. From the Cityscape web enhancement.
Go to Ground
Just as most druids and scouts have an almost supernatural ability to avoid being tracked in the wild, so too have others learned to blend in so fully with the urban throng that nobody remembers their passage.
Class: Druid or scout.
Level: 3rd.
Replaces: If you select this class feature, you do not gain trackless step.

There's a few items you can get that'll give you rerolls. The ones that I know of from the MIC are Mantle of Second Chances, Greater Crystal of Lifekeeping/Greater Crystal of Mind Cloaking/Greater Crystal of Stamina (certain saving throws only), Amulet of Fortune Prevailing (saving throws), Chronocharm of the Celestial Wanderer/Chronocharm of the Fatewearer/Chronocharm of the Laughing Rogue (certain skill checks only), Gloves of Fortunate Striking, Barbs of Retribution (make an enemy reroll but must be dragonblooded), and the +3 Banded Mail of Luck (make enemy reroll against you 1/week, aka make the DM reroll that natural 20).
