Q 128: What would be an appropriate CR for a Half-Ogre Warrior 2? I'm thinking CR 2. I do believe that you are correct. A half-ogre is read as CR +1 so if you have two warrior classes, that only increases it by another 1. I must be blind. Where does it say the half-ogre is CR +1?

I couldn't find it either. I had to Google it.

Q131
Does the class feature companion familiar, from the prc arcane hierophant, require a familiar to grant the animal companion the bonuses of a familiar or does it only require a base arcane caster class?

A131: You don't need a familiar--in fact, if you have a familiar, the Familiar Companion ability forces you do dismiss it. However, the prestige requires the ability to cast 2nd level arcane spells for entry.

Q132: How would I go about obtaining an intelligent mount at low levels? Specifically I'm starting at third level, and I want to try to pull off some shenanigans via getting dragonblooded + Dragonwings, Improved Dragon wings. Should I try to buy a 'war-trained' mount?

A 5th level paladin can take a drakkensteed mount, which is basically a warhorse with the dragonborn template. It's not any more intelligent than a normal horse, though. So I don't know if that will help.

Q109 this one concerns the Blood Magus feature "bloodseeking spell": let's say that I apply this to a fireball -- does the extra d6 damage also have the "fire" type? (the CArc entry seems to be a bit ambiguous -- unless there's something that I'm missing)
bump?

If you stop ignoring 289 pages telling what the intent is to stretch "more power" in your own god complexion of your interpretation trumps all to cover ability adjustments from aging then I will ignore a quarter page of rules that exist within a sidebar.
I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.

bump? A 109 Since the extra d6 comes from "drawing blood", I'd say it's not energy damage. You're right that it's ambiguous. I'd either make it unblockable or slashing/piercing or even desiccation. But not the same type of damage the original spell had (unless its also slashing, piercing, or desiccating depending on the interpretation).

A109 My opinion: As it does not say it is a different type of damage, it has to be that same

I always work with: Unless stated damage is untyped... don't think there is a RAW answer anywhere though

Debatable. RAW you CAN take generalist elf wizard sub levels since you are not a specialist.

And I know this asked before, but I can't find it now. What was the ACF for wizards to be able to cast without spellbooks? It cost you your familiar and Scribe Scroll. I remember it not being a fair trade off, but I wanted to look it over again. EDIT: Found it again. It's Eidetic Spellcaster in Dragon 357 on page 89. It's not really worth it, it is.
