EPIC Ultimate Magus, actually.

Q91:  Snowcasting question.  If I have some ice readily on hand -- for example am wearing a ring made of that ice that never melts from Frostburn -- do I still need to take an action to add the cold descriptor to my spells?

Yes. You must gather snow, specifically as a Move Action, and Immediately prior to the casting. Even if you have Eschew Materials, you'd still need to spend the action, as it's as much a part of the feat as the snow itself.

Q57: What is the feat (I think it's a feat at least) that lets you spend your psionic focus to regain up to 5 spell slots? (I remember reading about it after looking up both thrallherd builds as well as war weaver builds but cannot seem to refind the thread.)

Edit: Changed talent to feat (Must be playing Borderlands to much). Also in hindsight it could have been a class feature as well. I'm really not sure though as I went through a lot of material that day.

Shameless bump. Doing research these past few days though lead me to believe it could be a prestige class ability or something from a magic item as well. I'm almost positive it was once per day though.

Our group fought something with that last night. I'd really like to know as well.

Alternate Source Spell or Southern Magician.  I forget which.

IIRC, both.

If you stop ignoring 289 pages telling what the intent is to stretch "more power" in your own god complexion of your interpretation trumps all to cover ability adjustments from aging then I will ignore a quarter page of rules that exist within a sidebar.
I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.

Q 90 Can I use Lion of Talisid to give a Wildshape Ranger "Wildshape (Large)". or does the "stacks with druid level for level of wildshape" text override that and just stack LoT level -2 with WsR level, negating the Wildshape (large) and Wildshape (tiny) from LoT?

Repeating since it seems to have been missed.

Q93 Was there ever an official ruling on using Martial Spirit out of combat to heal by "sparring"?

EDIT:

I've been toying w/ a house rule to allow you to spend your move or standard action as a swift, but I worried about potential brokenness.  Thoughts?

Using move action as swift messes up the game and is a bad idea. While theoretically shorter, swift actions are MORE powerful than move actions.  On the other hand, allowing the use of a standard action as a second swift action seems okay in my book.  I say go for it.

You could also take 4 levels in Eldrich Master from Dragon 280.  It lets you pick a spell list and added to your spell list, but it is not written to say you only added the list to one list/class you can cast spells from.  This spells added are all cast as arcane spells.  I have been wondering if this would make a cleric count as both an arcane and divine class.

Q94 Can you copy a level 9 cleric spell with the sanctum spell metamagic applied to it (outside your sanctum) with miracle?

There were two, if I recall correctly - Badge of Valor and Bard's Vestment.

Q96
Which feats, class features, spells, and other abilities let me summon an evil-aligned version of a creature?  I know about Fiendish Summoning Specialist, yet I seek other ways to apply a Malconvoker's benefits to every elemental I summon, and preferably every creature.

Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

The Badge of Valor adds to inspire courage, not bardic knowledge.  Where are bard's vestment?  Headband of the lorebinder in the magic item compendium adds a +4 sacred bonus to bardic knowledge.

Check out dragon # 302 on page 24 if you can get a copy.  There are summoning rules that let you evil outsiders.  It is based on CR's and you can summon templated creatures.

It wouldn't apply to elementals anyway, but I take it you've already asked your DM and they said no to treating celestial/fiendish interchangeably for summoning purposes (iow, if you can summon a celestial animal you can summon a fiendish same animal with the same spell)?

Where are bard's vestment?

I assume he meant vest of legends, from DMGII.  That adds not bardic music, not bardic knowledge though.

76 level 9
89 level 8
107 level 7
148 level 6
193 level 5
201 level 4
230 level 3
280 level 2
195 level 1
64 level 0

It occurs to me that it takes slightly more than 4 years to copy all those spells.

Ah, but you just keep the spellbooks others have copied them into for you. Done.

Not like you can't auto-succeed the spellcraft checks to prepare them, and you can always just have a self-scribed Master Combat Spellbook...

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

Q.97. Blessed Book reduces the cost of copying one spell to it by 100 GP per page, so how much you still spend to get them?
