A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?
Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea. If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit. See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.
Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH! Behind door number 2: A magic crown! Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY! They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.
Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.
Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time. I give you much fu. Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky, Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone, Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die, One for the Wizard on his dark throne In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

Q1: What is the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow?
I believe you mean "Average air speed velocity". Which is zero, since velocity includes direction, and there is currently no net change in swallow habitat.

A2: Difficult to say - depends on how many feats your build otherwise gets, and how many it needs for it's primary MO. Also depends on what kind of enemies you're fighting and what their average FORT save looks like. If you're consistently fighting big monstrous baddies, which tend to have big nasty modifiers to FORT, your STR score had better be pretty insane for it to be worth a feat on most builds. If you're mostly fighting medium-size humanoids and your DM allows fifteen flaws, it's an easy pick.

Q4: any good ways to get immunity to or mitigate non-lethal damage? Checked Surreal's list, but nothing that couldn't be had w/out a level investment.
The goal is for a bard to be able to use Words of Creation w/ relative impunity. It's a fairly high-powered game at 16th level, w/ ECL 2 buyback.

A4: Talisman of Undying Fortitude from MIC. Costs 8,000 GP (I think) and gives you 3 rounds, 2 / day, of immunity to non-lethal damage. Not to mention most other [Undead] immunities. My MoMF wildshaped into a War Troll loves those things.

A warforged could do it with the construct body line of spells (Races of Eberron), or by taking the warforged juggernaut prestige class. Also bone knight would work. Necropolitin might work for a LA 0 undead.

I would say none, since a flask holds about a pint in it, according to the 3.0 phb, since they took that nifty table out of the 3.5 one. A vial, yes, a flask, no.
