Am I the only one who noticed that the hair on the guy Rakan's up against is different from Fate's? If you ask me, that looks more like the WHPB from Rakan's flashback movie rather than Tertium.
You mean Zect? The two look almost identical, but Zect is a good guy and wouldn't fight Jack. Tertium's also not in his Shota form, so he's probably just aged up. Look at the Fate from Jack's flashback and the one in 258. They look almost identical, or should anyway. Aged up? Huh. I always thought the Fate from Rakan's flashback was a different one, rather than the same person (Or whatever he counts as). I must've missed something, I guess.

Its possible they are different versions of the same person. Fate's real name does mean "Third", so the one from Jack's memories could have been #2. And its also possible that the Mage of the Beginning was the 1st.

I just finished reading battle royale, the manga was great, a little sad for my tastes, but I don't think I realy could say much more about it, simply because I don't have the ability to do justice to it. I'm not sure how the story is in the semisequal to it, I got 2 pages it before I got to pissed off at the art to continue.

Anyone read Liar Game? It's basically Deathnote without the magical notebooks.

I'm in the process of proving my fanboyishness of Nanoha now. I'm starting a game on another board with the BESM3E system in the Nanoha-verse. Wheeeeee....
Speaking of, has anyone ever heard of or seen a translation to the Nanoha Sound Stages?

In fact, yes. There was some thread on a forum that had all Sound Stages (or most, Iunno) transcribed and translated. Alas, I don't have it bookmarked, but IIRC it's linked somewhere on tvtropes... FAKEEDIT: Here. They're all over the thread though, so you'll have to look for them. Dunno if there's a list. For the record, the link is in the examples section of Skinship Grope.

Battle Royale was being published around here for a while, and then the company that published it went bankrupt.

New Negima chapter is up. Looks like this is Tertium after all (And the flashback one would be Primum, I guess). Now we also know what happened to Secundum. Likely connected to Nagi's disappearance. Frickin' Rakan knows more than he lets on. On an unrelated note, I ship Yue/Emily.
