Heh.  LoI has three+ healers.

I'm going to go over my sheet tonight and see if anything needs updating.  But I'll be ready to go by tomorrow, no joke.

EDIT: Yeah, just some feat adjustments over the next week as feats get checked out for the system, but overall nothing to change my character as is, just future.

It does? I have lost track of who is what in LoI. I know we have a Marshall//Paladin gunning for Leadership. Other than that? Nada.

Ok, Ioth is done.  Here's a link again.  Comments?

And SiFir, how many fate points, and what's the answer to my fate point question from earlier?

Edit: Wow, I forgot how expensive good heavy armor is.

The health stacks as you said. Kind of how my 4 FP makes for 200% HP.

I can heal as well.  Just not yet.  Next level maybe, if we exist the LoI, but if not three levels, I'll have infinite healing.  Waterbenders rock.  Oh yeah.  Lock-down+difficult terrain.

BTW, I do need to re-vamp my character a bit.  Won't take long, this is just the Alpha version of bending vs Beta.  So I need to change around a few things, lower my int (it's no longer skill based!  Yay!), raise my wis, that sort of thing.  Will be done by tomorrow.  Oh yeah, there are some feats that I have brought up in the bending thread Sifir.  Take a look at them.  One I want to take now is Intuitive Attack.  Ones I want to take later are the AoO ones.  AF's computer is down, and so we haven't been able to update the PDF for a whle now, and my computer was down at the same time so we haven't been able to get much work done.  And I wanted to be done with Beta two weeks ago Sad

EDIT (2, technically): the feat I want now is actually Dexterous Combatant, which swaps dex for str on combat maneuvers.  In which case I actually want the normal monk instead of the Martial Artist (better bonus feats), but the normal monk sucks after level 6.  I'm now not so sure of what I want my other path to be.  Cleric...?  Incarnate?  Please, suggestions.  http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheets/view.php?id=48854  That's my sheet currently.

Sinfire, would you allow Outsider Wings to be taken as a feat on its own without the Fiendish/Celestial bloodline feat prerequisite if it was reduced to Raptoran limiitations, or perhaps with some other qualifier (like being available only at a certain level, require a different feat, etc.)? Fiendish Bloodline feat is just such a wasted feat for me as a good character.

I've been working on new Abyssal Heritor feats, one of which expands Vestigial Wings from crap to awesome. Would you mind testing that particular one out (and being Chaotic)?

Quote
--Edit--
Maybe If I could take the Eagle's Wings wild feat, and say instead of giving up an extra wild shape, since I don't have that, shapeshifting takes extra time, going from Swift to standard, or full-round if you deem it so. Or, maybe I could take wild feats, and treat them sort of like metamagic feats, increasing the shapeshifting time by one step for each wild feat used when changing form. So, shifting into predator form using Eagle's Wings and Boar's Ferocity would be a standard action (or whatever would be deemed good). Just some ideas.

That is also an idea that I would allow.

Spell-Resistance can be suppressed, but then you're also vulnerable until your next round when you can turn it back on.

---
Oh, if only my natural claw attacks transferred into shapeshifted form. What a wonderful world that would be. I'll just live with unarmed strike capabilities until I hit warshaper. Smile

That's why Totemist+Druid=Awesome. Massive buffs, no MAD, and every form of natural weapon there is on one character.

Quote
It takes a standard action to turn it off. But I don't anticipate a lot of buffs in combat simply because I'm a caster. It's the melee guys who wants the buffs. Healing would be another story altogether, though.

I might get rid of Heighten Spell and Versatile Spellcaster and go into RS the old fashioned way (i.e., after (DN//Sorc) 4) to free up a couple of feats, though. DN 2-4 has a bunch of goodies, like DR 2/magic and bludgeoning at level 2, Advanced Learning at level 4 (Shivering Touch!). Plus, it would be less cheesy and hopefully would allow me more FP than 1

Sinfire?

EDIT: What would Sinfire say to a Necropolitan who was brought back by someone with the Corpsegrafter, Nimble Bones, Harden Flesh and Deadly Chill feats? *ducks the DMG flying my way*

Entering the normal way would allow standard Sorcerer FP, which is 1d3-1 (average 1, but chance could get you 2). Necropolitains are not created via Create Undead, Seed of Undeath, Plague of Undead, or Animate Dead, and thus cannot be affected by the Corpse Crafter tree (though I'd allow Destructive Retribution to be the exception due to it being awesome as hell to play a walking bomb).

I can heal as well.  Just not yet.  Next level maybe, if we exist the LoI, but if not three levels, I'll have infinite healing.  Waterbenders rock.  Oh yeah.  Lock-down+difficult terrain.

Fighter 6>>>Monk 6, IMO (Dungeoncrasher kicks ass). But if you are in need of the Monk feats, I'd allow a variant of the variant. As to the bending feats, I'll take a look at it Monday after my English class.

I'm not really sure what my other class will be now (also, the reason monk was nice was because of the lack of prereqs on Combat Expertise, though I think I might keep int 14 anyways).  Fighter is actually a strong contender, with all those bonus feats.  As is psyway, cleric, and incarnate (for offensive, random, and defensive buffs respectively).

EDIT: Oh, and I won't do Dungeoncrasher.  I'm not even going to have Imp Bull Rush.

Alright, I've spent 2 of my 3 fate points.  Put one in Con and one in Int, though I haven't decided if I want to keep the one in Int there or move it somewhere else.

I'm saving the other, just in case.

I wouldn't mind taking the feats. Are your new ones posted? I definitely don't mind being Chaotic, as it fits the Tiger Claw style very well.

If I get vestigial wings (and your boost feat), I can use the Warshaper ability to fly as normal in the other forms without the Eagle Wings feat (the Great and Small wild feat will eventually be very useful- Enlarge/Reduce without having to use potions, no time limit, and definitely worth a standard or full-round action).
Plus, the abyssal heritor feats would help shape my PC's personality a bit more, and already fit in with background, which is always a big plus. Big Grin

Oh god. A Destructive Retribution PC = death for the party.

*PC goes boom on deck of ship*
*ship partition gets destroyed*
*ship sinks*

Great way to give the DM a TPK. Also, kind of lol'd at the thought of a Master of the *edit*Unseen*edit* Hand (or whatever you call it) flinging enemies off a moving ship. Doubt they'd meet falling damage before pressure.

Great way to get your ship into higher altitudes in a single round. So long as you can telekinesis that much poundage, of course.

Or, if you could get really good at it, become a portable cannon. Just get the party meathead (read: High Str) to carry a lot of cannonballs. Or just make a mountain small, then toss it at enemies and laugh at the thousandsmillions of d6s you'll be rolling.

Hmm, SiFir, regarding cohorts: The FP I've spent also applies to my cohort, but does it apply to the same stat? (This will heavily influence which kind of build I'd be going for... a more ranged, siege engineer type or a /dedicated/ healer and overall buffer.)

No, just the fact that you spent it.
