Shade (alton) will likely be familiar to the Shadow Core regulars as well. He's been around for years.

Storm made it sound like the core works in sort of cell operations, least to me. So to me, hardly anyone knows anyone, even veterans, unless they are their commanding officers, or they had a random meeting in or out of activities.

Ah, that certainly would make a difference. Seems we may be forming a new cell.

From the sounds of it in Allucard's office our merry band of super secretive agents are going to head to the ships individually after wrapping stuff up in town.

I suppose we'd be going individually; not like there's a reason for me to not go directly there, as "wrapped up" as I am. I suppose I'd be heading out immediately, unless it's hitting nightfall, in which case I suppose I'll head out at dawn or just slightly before.
If it matters, that is. I'm just heading out asap.

Well that is certainly a different situation than what i had expected. If that was the case i would have suggested we gather and head out together the next day. I was under the impression that we were leaving from the town we are in right now.

Me too. That being the case and if there is much risk of encounter on the way to the port we should work it where we travel together in this instance for simplicity sake. So perhaps Glim's 3rd order can be edited to "get our asses to X meetup location on time so we can travel to the port," or some such.
Of course, going as individuals or small groups would be more discrete in case of Mithros and other eyes about.
Hmmm, does Myth Weavers go down often? Currently down...

So far it seemed like pairs were naturally being formed so I stuck Aullara following Lloyd discreetly. I figure pairs are inconspicuous enough, but good enough in case anyone gets into a combat situation.

well i'm fine ret-coning the conversation or Glim 'accidentally' pairing up with someone else for the travel.

Ah, I see in reviewing the map that our starting black dot is a bit off the coast I take it there is another settlement on the coast at the Port? If that is the case I'll see if Janus (and perhaps others) want to head on that direction with perhaps only a few stops here in the city on the way out.

Janus is ready to go, and (in his way) has indicated such.

As an FYI i will be slow in responding after Monday, and possibly before then. My fiancee is due to have our child any moment now and will be induced on Monday if she hasn't delivered before then.

Woot! May your fiancee and child have a smooth delivery.
On the game... then Janus and I will head on out. Mans0011, if you want you can post in chapter one about our doing so.

Posting usually slows down over weekends, and this has been fairly slow-going as it is, so have faith.
