I'm curious to see what you all can do with a Changling Warshaper starting at Character Level 5. Either at that level, or as a suggested progression. Thanks in advance.

Bad Solo, give relevant advice.

Okay on topic. With a changeling you would be best to start with a class that gives you natural weapons and use those with your warshaper goodies (most of them work with natural weapons) to kick butt. Totemist works well in this area, possibly combine with barbarian and totem rager for really nice natural weapon based abilities.  A better combo is hengeyokai warshaper into shapeshifter and MoMFto give you excellent wildshaping.

Totemist 6 is the earliest you can get into Warshaper by that route, since Warshaper requires BAB+4.  (Any Full BAB) gets in after 4 levels.
I'd reccomend Barbarian 4/Warshaper 5/Totemist 2/Totem Rager 9 if you want Warshaper ASAP.  If not, drop Barbarian to 1, add in 3 more levels of Totemist.

Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea.

If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit.  See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.

Unarmed Strikes count as natural Weapons, right?
Books used:
PHB 3.5
Races of Ebberon & Destiny
Complete Adventurer, Scoundrel & Warrior
Tome of Battle

Changeling Rogue 1/ Monk 4(Swashbuckler 3)/Changeling Rogue +1/Warshaper 5/ Chameleon 9(10, if Swashbuckler)
1 Able Learner
3 Ascetic Rogue(Complete Adventurer) or Daring Outlaw(Complete Scoundrel)
6 Superior Unarmed Strike(if Monk) or Imp. Unarmed Strike(if Swashbuckler)
9 free(if Monk) or Superior Unarmed Strike(if Swashbuckler)
12 free(if Monk) or Martial Study: any Shadowhand Strike(if Swashbuckler)[I'd pick Shadow Garotte]
15 free(if Monk) or Shadowblade(if Swashbuckler)
18 free(if Monk) or Martial Stance: Assasin's Stance(if Swashbuckler)

I guess, Swordsage could also work instead of Monk(Unarmed Swordsage Variant may get you both: more Shadowhand AND Imp. Unarmed Strike for free).
Also Warblade instead of Swashbuckler, but then you would lose out on continued Sneak Attack Rolls Eyes

I should mix a bunch of my builds like that and start pimping it. Like my IS that ate my 999s, my record-holding supermount and my codzilla  Tongue

Or, well, shifter. Since if he has access to changeling he definitely has access to shifter.

Going Shifter requires heavy investment in Shifter feats if he really wants to get something out of Warshaper so he can Shift often.  Changelings don't need that.

Right, shifter is really only worthwhile if you are going to invest in it. Or take that moonspeaker PrC, which would make warshaper a poor choice due to its lack of spell casting. Luckily there are plenty of ways to get natural weapons as a changeling and the methods of doing that often give abilities to boost said natural attacks, totemist is a good example of this, as is psychic warrior and cabinet trickster.

I'm a big fan of going 3 swashbuckler/ Sa fighter variant.

Grabbing of course daring outlaw.

Multiattack is great. Find some way to pounce either via a barb dip or something else... its alot of fun

Hood offers inspiration for a melee character.  I don't know where the pixies and ghosts come in.

Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"
