Q215: Can you with the quick draw feat draw a weapon during an attack using Two-Weapon Fighting? Yes. Turns the move action into a swift action. However, if you want to pull out two weapons, one's a swift action, and one's a move action, leaving you with a standard action.

Guys, guys. He asked for multiweapon, not multiattack.
Beguilers can wield a weapon with their tail IIRC. @kevin_video Quick Draw turns it into a free action, not a swift.

I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle. The book doesn't even exist! Quotes: By yes, she means no.
That explains so much about my life. hiicantcomeupwithacharacterthatisntaghostwhyisthatamijustretardedorsomething
Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea. If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit. See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.

Q 218: A Draegloth has 4 arms, but only two of those arms have claw attacks. If a Draegloth had a template that granted two claw attacks as part of the template, would it get 4 claw attacks, or would it only get the original 2 (but use the better of the two damages)? Does it make a difference if the template specifies that the base creature gains two claw attacks, but does or doesn't specify to use the better of the two damages if the base creature already has claw attacks?

Don't know if this is rules-based or not, but I seem to remember 7 free actions being a fairly standard limit.

I haven't seen any default max number of free actions in a rulebook (maybe there was one in one of those comment sidebars in RC). For something from another d20 system, Mutants and Masterminds recommends 1+Dex or Int mod.

Q 219: Did WotC forget to put a stat block for Vril into Drow of the Underdark? They have the racial traits listed, but the skinshift ability says to "see above" and there is no description anywhere of what this and other racial traits do.

And sing the entire score of the sound of music. Well the thing is that epic abomination, Hecatoncheires, doesn't have Quick Draw. Now I know it's assumed that it has all of its weapons on it at all times, but assume for a second that it doesn't. What happens then? One move action for each weapon draw, or Quick Draw? And what would happen if it had that feat? Would it draw ALL of its weapons?

They have the racial traits listed, but the skinshift ability says to "see above" and there is no description anywhere of what this and other racial traits do. The improved versions tell you what it changes to. So the original skinshift gives you DR 5/? (you choose from three). But yes, they did forget. http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20070504a Here's the errata.

A 219: Yeah, they released errata for it. They can only use skinshift once per day, +1/day every 4 levels.
