Q161 Concerning the Utterance "Accelerated Attack". It allows you to cast a spell and move as a standard action if you succeed on a concentration check. It doesn't specifically mention spell-like abilities, but as spell-like abilities behave like spells for a lot of things (Attack of Opportunities, using it defensively, ...), can you move, use a quickened accelerated attack, use another utterance and then move away?

By clicking this link, you open a pop-up, but I get a eurocent for my current wish, the 5th book of the Wheel of Time series. Please note that this only works if you leave the pop-up opened till it has finished loading. Thank you!

A161 No one is really sure. Truenaming is horribly edited and received no useful support or errata.

There's also the Belt of Growth for 3k in MIC, but it also only functions 1/day for 10 minutes. It'd seriously work better if you just made it so it was permanent, and just put the item on or off whenever you wanted to.

Belt of Growth specifically states it works "as enlarge person" or something to that effect. Which means it won't work on Constructs.

Fair enough. Regardless, making your own is still the best solution. Cheaper too.
Q 162 I'm pretty familiar with all the basic deities, but is there a deity who's like the queen of the vampires, or one who looks after them, much like Corellon is for the elves as Gruumsh is for the orcs, and Lolth is for the drow?

The closest to that would probably be the goddess Evening Glory from Libris Mortis.

If you can convince your DM that it makes no sense for Feral to be inherited, that's a great choice.

Q 163 Where can I find information on Malar? It says the F&P book, but doesn't give it's unabbreviated form.

Q 164 Is there a list of "absolutely must have" wizard spells somewhere? I saw the iconic ones, but I'm thinking more along the lines of "If you're wizard, and you DON'T have this, you're doing it wrong." The wizard handbook that I found isn't helping too much in that department.

There aren't any spells you absolutely have to have, but there are a lot that you really ought to take. A good suggestion is to go through Treantmonklvl20's guide. In particular, the guides for each school of spells gives a lot of useful detail.

I don't know what you're talking about. Divination is the workhorse of the Wizard spell list. AND YOU CAN'T BAN IT! Genius.

A16Utterances are spell-like abilities (that have a verbal component), so you would have to quicken it through the feat 'Quicken Spell-Like Ability (Accelerated Attack). After which, Move <move>, Quickened (Accelerated Attack) <Swift>, Utterance + move <Standard>. Yup, adds up fine.
