Remaining standing in that situation when your "mount" falls down sounds considerably harder than just making a ride check... Also... who takes (more than 5) ranks in balance? Anyway... the bigger they are, the harder they fall, right? |

Nah, we freedom pallys get aura of resolve, replaces aura of courage. Instead of fear immunity, we get compulsion effects, and we hand out a +4 vs compulsion effects. All this is moot though, since I mistakenly put that ability on my sheet despite the fact that my lv 7 charrie is a pally 2 / gunmage 5, and thus doesn't get any 3rd level aura from paladin classes.  |
