After considering Ability Focus (adhesive), took Combat Reflexes as the mimic's lv6 feat. Unless I can have Horde Breaker... Seriously though, I love Able Learner so much, I think I may have simply waived its "humans only" requirement. So, double cost unless we have Able Learner? Fair enough. Explain what the Edge is supposed to be, and I'll consider it kindly.

It's a new rule inherent to combat and the new rules/classes/feats in Races of War. Here's the gist from Races of War: So what we're doing is actually making BAB mean something. It's supposed to represent the amount of combat skill you have, so let's work with that. From now on, if you have more BAB than the target of your attacks, you are considered to "Have the Edge" on that attack. Combat Maneuvers will perform better when used by someone with the Edge. So while anyone can attempt to Disarm an opponent (provoking an attack of opportunity and dropping the weapon on the ground on a successful opposed attack roll), a character with the Edge can disarm better Basically, in Tome games, if you have higher BAB than someone, you're better at fighting, and some of the feats allow you to do special things. The feat would be worth taking even without the BAB 11 ability, IMO.

I think the only thing my updated sheet is missing is my new spell selections.

You can request build changes as part of the Wish economy. Just so you know. Well, Zane would probably enjoy some sort of upgrade to his / upgraded gun (get your minds out of the gutter), and an adjustment to his build, now that I am 100% sure I'm not building a one-off character. If rebuilding is part of the wish economy, I suppose he could wish for his potential to be unlocked, or something, taking the form of a more... ahem, planned build... So would I grab some levels for the meantime in gunmage or something, to represent his dedication, and then submit a modded build for his "potential?" How would you rather go about that?

It's been long enough that I have no clue what my original build plan was. Anyone have advice for how to progress from here? Since we're on a different economy, I was thinking maybe sundering is less sucky now. Are there any decent feats that would work for that?

Kuro, do you mind if I just pretend I qualify for chameleon? Most of the prereqs seem to be things you houseruled to not matter.
And I think going straight chameleon for the rest of my career is probably the best option available.

Get one (or more?) of those items that grants you the use of a maneuver from a specific discipline once per encounter.

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

Dude, per encounter? I thought it was a day, that's so much better! Like melee needed more restrictions on magic items when metamagic items and shit exist for casters...

Mind being a teeny tiny little bit more specific? You can request build changes as part of the Wish economy. Just so you know. You can DCFS away the Alertness.

Basically the question boils down to "can I spend my skill points, and burn my ninth level feat on able learner," such that chameleon ends up self-qualifying in a retroactive, wish fueled time screw?
Able learner is a total waste, since I don't have any cross class skills, but that's how it goes.

I submit the following homebrew for perusal: the Improved Natural Weapons feat found here. I would also like to request the the Water Rat feat for the Azure District be replaced with Swim Like a Fish from the tome pdf. Dude... that Foe Wielder feat in that link is teh awesome! Makes me want to play a giant or shapeshifter of some kind. Hehe. I doubt I can get that stuff approved, huh? If I could, Eren would deal 14 Str damage per turn.

OK, finished levelling... what kind of wish loot do we get, and how much of it would get taken out by four embracings of the dark chaos?

Yeah, kinda want to know the cost of that combo... I know what it does, but I'm not good on books or details... Also, updating my sheet today. Just got back from classes and voting.

Take a level in Soulblade for more feats to Embrace?
