Ok... I don't quite understand. Isn't there a contradiction here? there's been practically no change in traffic (insofar as the traffic hasn't changed; that is, the people living here appear to be working normally) in the past week, let alone the past four days.
"None of the workers are accounted for here at present. The only one that seems to be noted is... at the administrator's office."
So... the logs don't show any workers? The only person on there is this one person who got in and didn't leave? Right? What does the first bolded part mean, then? Do the logs show when the other people (aside from the person in the office) last were here? And did they all leave at once, or one at a time? How did they leave? Etc... And while we're in the computer... how about we see if we can figure out what the defensive abilities of this building (and plane?) are? And see if we can use them for ourselves, or at least disable them... I think so; otherwise warlocks who use that bat swarm invocation would be stuck for the full duration.
Well... not really. Just because it isn't a free action doesn't mean it is impossible to dismiss it. I think it is likely a standard action, just like dismissing a spell. No, there isn't. What was meant is that according to the logs, nothing strange is going on. Everyone is as should be. However, at the present moment, none of the workers are in the building - only this one guy who never made it out.

actually, his prime function will be to look awesome and act as a movable jukebox for playing our Intro Music So wouldn't it be better to name him " DJ Optimus Doom"? I think that's got a nice ring to it.

So... the computer thinks everyone is supposed to be gone? How can nothing strange be going on and yet everyone that is supposed to be working here is not? Or are they not supposed to be in here? Sorry if I'm being obtuse. I just don't see how those two things aren't contradictory, unless no one is supposed to be in this building. And the log is just for this building? Or the entire "farm"?

Let's see if I've got it... The computer system thinks that the workers are still coming and going as normal (no change in traffic over the past week or so), but is only showing that one person is actually in the building?
I think the question is that if the computer thinks the workers are still working, where does the computer think they are?

The way I'm reading it, the logs and surveillance are showing contradictory data- the logs say everything's fine, surveillance doesn't show anything. Is this anywhere near correct?

Your first assumption is correct. However, this computer only keeps track of who has come and gone inside the building proper; it does not track the workers outside. So as of right now: everyone is outside, except for one guy who came in, and didn't come out. He doesn't appear to be one of the workers, either.

Of course they have good will saves. Many chickens have taken levels of cleric The Romans used chickens for oracles, both when flying ("ex avibus", Augury) and when feeding ("auspicium ex tripudiis", Alectryomancy). The hen ("gallina") gave a favourable omen ("auspicium ratum"), when appearing from the left (Cic.,de Div. ii.26), like the crow and the owl.
For the oracle "ex tripudiis" according to Cicero (Cic. de Div. ii.34), any bird could be used, but normally only chickens ("pulli") were consulted. The chickens were cared for by the pullarius, who opened their cage and fed them pulses or a special kind of soft cake when an augury was needed. If the chickens stayed in their cage, made noises ("occinerent"), beat their wings or flew away, the omen was bad; if they ate greedily, the omen was good.
In 249 BC, the Roman general Publius Claudius Pulcher had his chickens thrown overboard when they refused to feed before the battle of Drepana, saying "If they won't eat, perhaps they will drink." He promptly lost the battle against the Carthaginians and 93 Roman ships were sunk. Back in Rome, he was tried for impiety and heavily fined.

I'll be out of town for the weekend and Monday and likely won't be online much if at all. Kuro can NPC Kyx if he wants.
