I mean, I AM an elf. And I've read too much 8-bit to be a straight-forward elf.[/spoiler]
Technically you're an Eladrin. I get the idea, though. Oh, right, sorry. I'm a pompous noble elf, riiiiight. Who in this story works with the Queen of Winter, Air and Darkness. That clarifies to what degree I should inform people of my findings from now on all the more, thanks. I say we wake him fast, interrogate him as to numbers, then slit his throat and leave him to die. Anyone thinks that's too strong handed, see above, and note that he did try and kill us. Not just a pompous noble elf. Eladrin are quite different, and to simply write them off as "high elves" is sort of unfair, particularly in Eberron. As for the plan, you guys are going to need to decide in-game soon, otherwise your kobold prisoner might just wake up and sneak off.

There's no actual skill check involved to tie someone up, only to escape from restraints. I suppose they figured that just about anyone can tie up an unconscious body.

Sorry, I'm just trying to encourage you guys to do some RPing amongst yourselves as well, rather than this becoming just a string of encounters.

Finally had some inspiration for sticking it to Amnon without provoking a fight. The best way to deal with religious twits is, naturally, excessive sarcasm. Why didn't I think of it sooner?

The paladin, who doesn't think the kobold's life is worth anything more than the dirt under his boots, has a +7. Keep in mind, though, that anyone can aid another on such a check.

I'll also allow the water to apply to previous heal check, but it's still not enough with just that.

From what we've seen so far, his functions as a person probably wouldn't be significantly affected. But we might hit the 'stupid center' by chance. (Sorry, it seems by chance you just happened to make him exactly the kind of person I can't stand. Noone else seems to share the sentiment, though.)

Aanna managed to (mostly) put her magic tinnitus equivalent on ignore, I'm sure she can put the annoying Lawful Stupid twit on ignore.
