Yeah, most of you know the figurine (which is part of the necklace) means bad news. Though Gerand knows it means worse news.

Perception: 26

Curyll moves next to and while the others are occupied in conversation he whispers discretely "Any reason in particular you're palming that figurine, Lord Mytos?"

I have not shared that information, though I have urged the party to hurry in what might not be as transparent, considering I've been business business business with this character.

I mean, I AM an elf. And I've read too much 8-bit to be a straight-forward elf.

Mytos was sure someone would notice; he is relieved that it was the ranger. "Trust me, we need to move. Now. There is something much more dangerous than kobolds where we travel." If these things were trying to draw upon Orcus, the last thing we needed was for them to have a panicked attempt at summoning one of his minions. That survivor was going to damn them all, unless they could catch up quickly. The group should not worry; and besides, they only needed to know things were more dire. The less Orcus' name spreads, the better.

"We should track it down and follow it as quickly as possible, while the blood and prints are still fresh on the ground. Can you do that?" The Eladrin looks more hurried, and if it seems possible, serious, than he usually does.

In case it's necessary, a Stealth roll for that discrete message to Mytos earlier:
28

"I'll see what I can do." Curyll replies as he goes to look for any tracks to give him a lead. In the meantime his hawk companion has joined up with him once again, the danger of the Kobolds having faded, at least for now.

Assuming Perception for now, if Nature, that's the same modifier, so it doesn't really matter: 12

It's perception to find tracks. You can also roll for Ouray, whether to find the tracks or to simply Aid Another. Someone else can 'aid another' too, so if you get two people aiding you that's +2 for each success.

As for whispering, you only need mention that you are whispering. Other people have a set DC to hear a whispered conversation. I'll allow Stealth or Bluff checks to add a hard modifier to the DC, though, with value based on the roll.

Ouray easily spots the kobold's tracks using its keen avian eyes, though the tracks would seem faint to the unexperienced.

So, is the party going after the kobold, or continuing on their previous course? And what of the unconscious kobold lying on the ground?

"It appears my companion's tracking skills are better than mine." Curyll says as he pats Ouray on the head and gives him some meat.

After marking the tracks, he continues "But before we head of, let us restrain our newfound prisoner so we may interrogate him."

With those words the Elf produces a rope and ties up the group's Kobold prisoner.

Minharath takes a few moments to clear his mind and reflect on the battle. Satisfied that his focus is restored, he prepares to assist in the interrogation. "I can question the prisoner mentally as we travel if need be."

"Do you think the guy will speak if you intrude in his mind? I don't know....  but perhaps it's the best option we have right now... let's tie this one and carry him along so you can spend some time with him, while Curyll takes us to the place the other kobold is going right now. Anyone disagrees?"

"I fully support this carrying him and moving the hell on idea." The Eladrin was trying to not seem like he was rushing anything, though he also wanted to kick them into a gallop.

Amnon nudges the creature with his foot.  "Any information you obtain from it won't be trustworthy anyway.  It will say anything to save its own hide, especially if it is a demon worshipper.  We need to move out now and purge the infestation."

The kobold groans on the ground as Amnon nudges it. It doesn't seem like it's going to be getting up anytime soon, without a little help.

A Heal check could allow it to stabilize enough to wake up, walk, and answer questions, but it'll still be weak.

Golkonda examines the small prisoner, while trying to animate him, but he finds out it is harder than he thought....

"Hey, you! Ugly little lizard, wake up! Can anyone get this little bugger awake? I don't think I can make it..."

Heal: 1d20+6=12

Meh.... such a poor roll...

As Amnon rubs the outcome of the encounter in her face, Aanna at first looks like she wants to punch him in the face, but then her face lights up with a look of admiration. "Wow, mister Amnon! Why didn't you tell me right away that you can see the future? We coul've avoided that whole quarrel then!"

The sarcasm completely flies past unnoticed by Amnon. "I can't see the future, I avoid unholy magics.  I think!  And why would we have wanted to avoid a fight?  What kind of coward are you?"

Curyll gets his waterskin and splashes some water in the Kobold's face in an attempt to shock him into consciousness.

"Wake up, reptile." he says in a cold and somewhat demeaning tone.

Splashing the water on the kobold will give an automatic +2 to the next heal check made to stabilize the creature. Right now he's knocked out pretty cold, and even if the water wakes him, he won't be of much use to you.

After looking at the creature for a while, Golkonda gets a better understanding of its body, and tries to wake him up again...
