Yeah auto-success, though the degree of underbrush increases the rounds it takes, for light it only take 1, heavy takes 4 (I missed the last part of first read).

Lost? The other guy ran away. That other Entangle was just to slow you down. I think down to just the dog and the druid, you probably could have endured. Once the three bruisers were cleared out, it wasn't so bad. They were there basically to murder any stragglers on the outside of the AoE, since individuals rarely pop out of that spell in the same round.

Yeah, but spending the majority of the fight as sitting ducks if they had any reasonable accuracy ranged attacks is one in my book.
Granted, it's more an issue with how hideously effective Entangle is.

I'd count it as somewhere between a draw and a victory for you guys. The druid didn't have much available for actually killing the five of you. That was left to the other three. Luckily, Ixen had the means to boost his blasting a few times per day to make it more nasty. Otherwise, I figured Aepa was getting KOed/killed the next round.
I'll work on getting another one set up soon, but we're having a birthday party for my wife tonight, so I'll have to see when I have time.

I know these things can fly, but can the wasp actually charge? You need to move "directly toward the designated opponent" which I would think excludes flying upward and then downward again (specifically because of the quote "Second, if any line from your starting space to the ending space passes through a square that blocks movement, slows movement, or contains a creature (even an ally), you can’t charge."), and "You must have a clear path toward the opponent, and nothing can hinder your movement (such as difficult terrain or obstacles)." which would include the bushes. It's obviously your call, just putting that out there. Anything to potentially save myself from the poison.  |

I'd assumed the bushes were 3-4 feet tall or so, which is why you could fire past them if you stood right next to them. They might not be able to charge the small-sized PCs.
At least, that was my thought process.
