I'm fine with retraining if you want, assuming your Int is 13+. You don't hugely need Quick Draw anyway until your BAB gets to +6; you can draw as a free action without the feat as part of movement.
As for a MW weapon, it's probably worth it at this point. +1 to hit is nice, and you need it anyway to get you weapon enchanted later. I'm not sure I'd worry about MW armor, as ACP will almost never matter in most of these tests.

It seems the +1d6 damage at this level is making a big difference. That's one odd thing that's always been an issue in D&D is how level 1 to 2 is roughly a doubling in power, where as the percentage of growth drops after that point when comparing level by level. For the most part, the CR 2 monsters haven't had a solid jump in their HP, which means that many fights will probably go quicker in that regard.
About the only real difference I see will be if you get mobbed by a slew of weak things, like the centipede fight last level, where the extra damage is essentially wasted. Of course, when level 3 and the AoE attacks are available, even these types of fights won't be such a challenge.
In addition to running roughly EL 2 encounters (for a 5-person party), I may have to step it up for a few of them, looking solely at the stats rather than the CR to see what types of fights actually seem to be "level appropriate". So, if no one has a problem with it, I may mix and match a few fights that are harder than a straight even-level EL fight.

Yeah that sounds good. I was actually thinking of you just adding 1 or 2 more enemies for an "evenly" matched fight. Because stronger enemies still loose action economy.

I mentioned it in encounter 8, but I'll remind you here: Note: Due to Serias' per encounter healing, assume you're always at full HP at the onset of each encounter unless I tell you otherwise.
It's funny: I think I rolled up the exact same initiative order as encounter 7 for you guys. The numbers were different, but the order was the same.

Encounter 8 might be a tedious, foregone conclusion. I was looking more at their ability to mitigate some of your damage, and totally missed their own crappy damage output. Oh well...
I think I need to start doing some mixed fights where two types of enemies work well in a group.

just an FYI Aepa can't deal damage to these things. I'm not complaining as i understood this weakness going in. Once it gets to my turn i'll just be flanking and aiding the rest of the crew as best as possible.

Aiding/flanking might be a better use of actions, but you can deal damage with your heavy crossbow. It will just do one less point due to hardness.

What's the speed on these things? I didn't imagine statues moved that fast, but apparently these things can cover ground pretty quick! How else does Statue 3 make it to L15?

Once the elemental shows up, I'll just Create Water to severely tilt the battlefield.

Double move and then attack? Unlikely. Thought that was how a charge works... Well, first he said it moved, while others charged you guys. Second, you can only charge in a straight line, unless you've got some ability to make a change of direction, and there were too many obstacles for it to charge me. Still, I'm not doubting Robby, just trying to figure out what's going on.

Can we number the enemies? As long as we keep them color coded we shouldn't get confused on what they are, but who they are is driving me crazy.
