Im currently playing a changeling rogue infiltrator type. We are fast approching access to true seeing, is there anything in the content that lets me negate or trick the effect of this spell aside from a normal mundane disguise?

Invisible Spell metamagic from cityscape+ obscuring mist.

Make an invisible mist.  People with "see invisible" up will be able to see through, but notice it.  People without any divinations active won't see it.  People with true seeing up can't see shit.

also this helps:

Dust of Disappearance: This dust looks just like dust of appearance and is typically stored in the same manner. A creature or object touched by it becomes invisible (as greater invisibility). Normal vision can’t see dusted creatures or objects, nor can they be detected by magical means, including see invisibility or invisibility purge. Dust of appearance, however, does reveal people and objects made invisible by dust of disappearance. Other factors, such as sound and smell, also allow possible detection.
The greater invisibility bestowed by the dust lasts for 2d6 rounds. The invisible creature doesn’t know when the duration will end.
Moderate illusion; CL 7th; Craft Wondrous Item, greater invisibility; Price 3,500 gp.

Also, True Seeing doesn't help against a good hide check.

insidious metamagic from PGtF. requires shadow weave magic. forces opponent to beat a roll for true seeing to defeat your illusions.

Nice! I'd forgotten about that function of that feat.

All awesome ideas! Thanks guys.  Tho each seems to alert the onlooker that something is going on. They may not see my changeling self but they know something up and the disguise is still ruined.  The situation is that I would be either around or a member of the party that would likely use true seeing often. It eats up a spell each time but it will happen at least once and continue this way as we all level.

It's bad enough the guys with detect evil at will roam around with it on, being evil it makes it annoying. Im saving up for something of nondetection.  Is there maybe a feat or something from a PrC or another trick you guys know of that would preserve my disguise but foil attempts to see through it via true seeing?

You need yourself the spell Misdirection or similar then.

Though in truth all to often those Detecting are best likely to make the Will Save involved.

True, but still. That ring is perfect for hiding yourself from detect alignment, detect thoughts, etc. You can't hide from detect magic, though, so that's a bummer. :-/

What?  It's perfectly a valid tactic, and helps to counteract one of the most abusable spells in the game.

It's nothing that can't be countered by a gust of wind spell, it requires an action on your part, and it's essentially the same as real-world sensor jamming techniques.

Actually, the problem with this trick is the assumption that a receipient of the True Seeing spell doesn't see the original 'picture'.

The spell states...
Quote
You confer on the subject the ability to see all things as they actually are.

Must this ability be in use all the time?  IMO, it's optional.
