1. Primordial Giant is an acquired template? 2. Incarnate Construct Warforged have the Giant subtype? Don't forget that "Incarnate Construct" is a hell of a spell. This post is to be modified with official material.

1. Primordial Giant is an acquired template? I'm pretty sure it's not. Does it have to be? 2. Incarnate Construct Warforged have the Giant subtype? Only if they're Large before having the template applied to them, which can be achieved through size-altering effects before casting the spell.

How can an Incarnate Construct inherit an inherited template? I also doubt your second point in regards to effects that alter a Warforged's size, and the donning of the giant subtype as a result of size. I think there was difficulty in finding a practical spell for the former. Incarnate Construct template Incarnate Construct spell re: donning of the giant subtype due to size when donning the Incarnate Construct template: wow, I didn't know that!

Poster named Obeah, who disappeared shortly after, did this: INTELLIGENCE Grey Elf with the first level of the Half-Dragon template class ( http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20030912a), +4 Int +2 Str, +2 NA, Darkvision 60ft, and Resistance 10 to one energy type. (LA+1)(Thanks Lilt) Petal Str -6; Dex +10; Con +4; Int +4; Wis +0; Cha +8 (LA +2, HD=0) - also has DR, flight, and tiny size (cohort only) (MM III) Petal Captured One(shrapnyl) incarnate construct Str 18(18 not +18) Dex 11, Con +4, Int +4, Wis 19, Cha +8 Necropolitan Phrenic Magic-Blooded Venerable Star Elf +11 Cha, +5 Int, + 3 Wis, no Con (undead type), -6 Str, -6 Dex, LA +2, lots of great features for a sorcerer! I'd got for a Warforged Incarnate Construct Primordial Giant at -4 STR, +4 INT, -2 WIS, +2 CHA. LA +0. Primordial Giant also gives some other benefits like Invisiblity (or a pick of one other Spell) as a SLA at-will.
Arguably, you could put on a +2 Template on this for free. Quorbred or Phrenic would probably be best for this case.

Quorbred from Secrets of Sarlona - +4 INT for +2 LA. Edit: Though not better than Phrenic... That one is hard to beat because of all the nifty powers and whatnot. And of course Dragonwrought Kobolds get +3 INT for +0 LA. I'm not real familiar with Dragonwrougt Kobolds. How exactly do they get +3 int for +0 LA?

Making the kobold dragonwrought you have to use up your starting feat, correct?

But it's not the tool's fault if you use it for something else and you fail utterly, such as trying to eat cereal with a butterknife, pounding nails with a screwdriver, blogging to voice your political opinions, and brushing your teeth with a hammer.

NPC only, so no. It's not really relevant Not NPC only, just mainly NPC. They have listed LA (NPCs boost CR instead). see below.

An interesting read, nice to see a civil discussion The point of Spell Resistance is to make it harder to get buffed. And healed. Don't forget that. Huge amounts of people are fuckwits. If the boards considers this non-TO, fair game, I have a few characters to make They aren't really that unbalanced. The best one is LA+5 for an extra standard action per round.
