Chameleon Template from Underdark is +1, gives a +10 racial bonus to Hide checks, +4 to Move Silently, climb speed equal to 1/2 fastest non-flying speed (if only flying, the climb speed of 10 ft), and 10ft reach on touch attacks only. Not bad for a stealthy character.
wraithstrike? To be a little more specific, it's a tongue with 10 foot reach that can be used to deliver touch attacks. Sorry, but I think Wraithstrike is a no-go. Stormgaurd Warrior might have some fun, though... source of stormguard warrior? tome of battle, it's a tactical feat. for each attack you forgo in a round, you can make a touch attack. each touch attack that lands gives you +5 damage vs that foe in the next round, and the next round only. |

I personally was thinking of using shocking grasp on the tongue attacks(avalanche+time stands still stromguard touch attacks should still trigger shocking grasp, right? just find a touch attack spell that can be used multiple times around with a single weapon, and tack it onto the tonguing build). ...Yeah, I went there.
