Oddly, adopted mine in 1995 (although I did not use it exclusively then) and I am probably quite bit younger. Silly mIRC!

A long story, a cookie, cake or whatever one prefers if he finds out the origins.
okay, here it goes:
I'm guessing it is short for Tshernovskij, the Russian biologist -- an entomologist, to be more specific (did some work on chromosomal evolution, as well as some other stuff).

I'm just about tapped-out.
It was a worthy try, I do not deny that, but unfortunately not correct. Slightly deeper than that!

Well, if it isn't related to this, or this, or this, then I guess I'll never know.

I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.

The middle one was really interesting. One that I had not even seen before.

My first guess was Chernobyl, but that's not spelled with a Tsh in English (no idea about Finnish).

It would lack the H. Anyway, the original point was not to figure out how my nickname came to be. Sorry for the derail.

meh -- I got the answer I was originally looking for, so wherever this goes doesn't really matter (at least not to me).

I always use Kurashu.

I'm such a fucking nerd. I was upset -- and still maintain rightfully so -- that Capcom never featured CrashMan in the Megaman.EXE series. So, I created a MM.EXE roleplay board -- it's probably still around, I don't remember if I hosted it or if it was up somewhere else -- but one of my friends told me that Crashman.EXE in Japanese was KurashuOtoko.EXE. Eventually I shortened it to just Kurashu -- some people also call me Crashu.

I've also gone by Jupiter/Jupiter.EXE, Agent Orange and Greenbomber. Probably a few others, but it's been years since I've gone by anything but Kurashu (joke name notwithstanding) -- at least six.
