Assuming a Crusader with Aura of Chaos, a d2 weapon, and a way to ensure he got a 2 on damage each time did his 'infinite' damage to someone who simply wouldn't die, what happens?

Is this like the Unstoppable Force vs the Immovable Object?

Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

Nothing. Infinite damage is dealt. Individual cannot die due to damage. Moot point.

They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

Yeah, the guy with Deathless Frenzy takes infinite damage, shrugs, decapitates the Crusader and then (barring outside interference) explodes a bit later.

Does getting a bucket stuck on his head count as "outside interference?"

Or would he?

If the crusader used a bashing weapon I think the barbarian would implode into a small black hole.

That sounds like something the DM of the guy who recently posted in minmax would do, the one who had Worgs that rip out the voiceboxes of casters Bang Head

Yes, because he's too busy murderin' to remember he needs to drown himself in order to live. So somebody else'll have to do it.

Nah, he just invents intergalactic skull-golf if he's using a bludgeoning weapon.

Or rule that the infinite damage pounds/grinds/punctures/whatever the FB into dust and particles, killing him instantly anyhow.

Well, there's always the 5% chance of Mr. FB rolling a natural one on his massive damage save.

That implies that there are people with Deathless Frenzy and NOT Steadfast Determination.

Point taken.  Okay, so the guy isn't going to die from damage.  Death effects can still wipe him, though.

Death effects can still wipe him, though.

Which is why I included them in the deathless frenzy I gave to baseline Barbs in my homebrew stuff.

The infinite mass of shurikens lodged in the bezerker's body would eventually create a black hole, killing both.

Give the berserker Pain Mastery from Savage Species...now he has infinite strength for the retribution that is sure to follow the crusaders blitz of attacks.
