So just three wand charges? I also have that healing belt that I gave to Bears in-game, which can heal a total of 6d8 per day.

Wow, that DR really saved your ass, huh? Well, the 60 is already counting the +11 hp from levelling up (7 average on a d12+4 Con), but yes it did. I prefer to think of it as the hobbos being too wimpy to hurt Colonel Badass, though.

Something I just noticed: Warhorses and riding dogs are already trained to bear riders into combat, and they don’t require any additional training for this purpose. So does that mean they get those six tricks for free, and are free to learn other tricks with their remaining slots? That would mean a magebred warhorse (or any warhorse, for that matter) could learn all tricks mentioned under Handle Animal. Or does it simply mean that they've got those tricks hardwired into them in their regular trick 'slots'?

I'm gonna go with the first, I don't see it explicitely mentioned that the combat riding replaces the regular set of tricks they can learn.

In that case I'll just not bother with tricks and write down "all of them, because he's fucking Champion the Wonder Horse". And Yamanu can be Rebel the dog.

I get that. I was just mentioning that the show is so old that it's not something I'm familiar with.

Let's just say whomever uses exactly what healing charges out of character and be done with it, ok? I said in character that I was giving Saru a healing belt, so can he actually use that please? And I'll spend charges from my wand of lesser vigor on myself (1), the colonel (I'm guessing more than 1... lol ), Venn (1?) and Nanshork (1?). So Saru/BearsAreBrown needs to roll 2d8 per charge that he uses on that belt, and he has three charges per day. If you don't want the belt, and want me to "loan" it to someone else and use wand charges on you, that's fine too. I wish someone would use it though, since I can't (without losing the function of my own belt) but I put it down on my sheet. And Yamanu, Goldflower, and Kalal are all healed for 11 points each. Those new hit points for leveling up shouldn't start out as damage, so I'm not expending charges for them. The Colonel should then be at 22/60. I'll spend 3 charges from the wand to heal her up to 55/60. Ok? So that's a total of 6 wand charges used. If any of you need/want more healing, let me know OOC and I'll just mark the charges off my sheet. I can't be bothered to go dig through the game thread to figure out how many hit points you're down and how much healing you need, though. Also, anyone mind if I take the MW full plate and a set of barding for my mule from the loot? I don't really care how we do loot distribution, or even care much if I get those items. I just want to update my character sheet. I might take a blunt weapon of some kind as a backup and for DR, also. I think there was a morning star, right?

Sounds good. I just remembered something: I will, of course, be taking IHS when we next level up. We need to talk about what conditions are endable with it and what conditions aren't. I'm guessing "the damage I'm suffering from' and 'the existence of the BBEG' are right out.

Ok, this is what I'd like to take from the loot. If anyone wants one of these items, or thinks I'm taking more than I should, let me know. Otherwise I'm putting them down on my sheet.
Heavy spiked shield MW full plate Chain shirt barding -1x Scroll of Spiritual Weapon (Divine, CL 3rd) -1x Scroll of Summon Monster III (Divine, CL 3rd) MW morning star
Should we post this stuff in the loot thread, or do you just want to keep that for your posts only, Bowen?

That might come in handy for future reference (I don't think that'll be necessary, but you never know). Also, that way it's easier for the whole group to see what part of the loot is unclaimed and can be sold I'll open up the thread
