Don't Hecas have a ricockulous amount of hit dice? And even Shapechange is limited to 25 hd. Are you planning to use Reserves of Strength to overcome that or something?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

Oh yes, forgot to mention that. And the thing is, with Otherwordly, it's totally legal. Hmm, what other fun things can we turn into with that high a CL?

On a strange note, would anyone be put out if we had a post about people or events we can spare a thought for, or if its within their creed, a prayer for? Just a random thought, but ... hells I wouldn't have known about either Archangels daughter or Saeomons niece if I didn't happen to be on these threads.
Sounds fine to me. probably over on "Off-topic". might want to put a little disclaimer in the first post. This is the Min/Max board. We should be able to figure out a way to optimize the POWER OF PRAYER(TM) that doesn't involve "Pazuzu, Pazuzu, Pazuzu". My final project for my film independent study course. It could do with a watching and critiquing

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.
Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH! Behind door number 2: A magic crown! Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY! They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.
Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.
Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time. I give you much fu. Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky, Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone, Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die, One for the Wizard on his dark throne In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

But aren't sharns completely un-transformable-into? I'm just gonna say,you can unleash 2200 magic missiles at once, giving you godly damage. Now pick a spell that's useful...

I kindof decided against adding Node Spellcasting to the handbook, as I was thinking it might be a good idea to stick to Red Wizard features. Thoughts?

It should have it's own handbook, imo.

Sure Hail of Stones is No Save/No SR but wouldn't the Shadow Illusion version get both, Will Save for % and SR?
No, because you're using a Shadow miracle to emulate hail of stone. While the miracle is "fake", the hail of stone uses it's save and spell resistance lines as normal, which are none and no. So yeah, the trick totally works. Just in case, I'd heighten the hail of stone to 7th to bypass globe of invulnerability as well.

the thing that confuses me, how are people getting both Red Wizard levels and Shadowcraft Mage levels?
Red Wizard requires you to be human, and Shadowcraft mage requires you to be a Gnome.
If you somehow change races after taking one of the prestige classes, you lose all the abilities from it since you no longer qualify for it, right?

IIRC, stoneblessed lets you count both as a gnome and as your original race.

Correct. Also, there's an adaptation for SCM that's retardedly easy to use.

Correct. Also, there's an adaptation for SCM that's retardedly easy to use. Yeah, all you have to be is from a cabal of illusionists. Red Wizards are broken into cabals based on their preferred schools, thus there is a cabal of Illusionist Red Wizards that could theoretically use the class.

Eviltedzies, you listed Extend Spell Twice (at level 1 and again level 10).
Maybe the level 10 feat was supposed to be quicken?

Was thinking about Metamagic School Focus, Fell Drain, Craft Contingent Spell, and Sculpt Spell as candidates. I toyed with the idea of taking Deceptive Spell but I cannot think of any good transmutation spells it would be useful for. I also toyed with the idea of taking Energy Substitution Cold --> Lord of the Uttercold.
