Is Field Scientist the only good sciency AdC that isn't based around building stuff?  I don't like Field Antiquarian.

just a heads up guys Squad Leader is a bit weaker than the blurb Jace posted, unless that is going to be his house rule for how it works. It requires spending an action point, is limited to my cha. mod. (3) allies, and only lasts 1 round.

I'll allow the total number of allies to be increased to your crew.

The role of the sciency guy needs to back-up the treasure salvage crew in its hunts. A fine archaeologist can be built thru basic classes.

Sweet. So i can grant the whole team a +2 At & Def for an action point, not an unreasonable deal. Now off to find ways to manufacture action points and/or get it persisted to last longer.  Wink Hey look my Adv Class capstone allows party members to give me AP  Love

Good thing r/w/s english (smith's native tounge) comes automatically without expending ranks.

Ah ha! That will work. I had listed all my languages, including my native, together and assumed he had done the same. I was going to be checking to see if any of my motivational abilities were language dependent too.

Paleontologists aren't Archaeologists!  You don't understand how angry it makes the Archaeologists to be confused like that, I do but that's because I used to hang out with the Archaeology Grad Students.
