Building a theoretical character that is playable at levels 1-20 and stands a chance at getting DM approved(only to be severely regretted later).

Focusing on abusing Thrallherd
so far....
Mokilok, the Juggernaut
Human
Erudite(spell to power)20// Crusader3(or something) for weapon, heavy armor, towershield proficiencies
Ardent1 for magic mantle and to not let those Thrallherd PP's go to waste while sidestepping Erudite's
cross-psionic class restrictions
Thrallherd10 the whole point, thralls to use and abuse
something? 6? not sure what to take here that really adds anything significant...
will likely use an Archivist(or Druid, Hierophant = free wildshape

)//Artificer as the main thrall most of the time, trading him out when he uses enough xp crafting stuff to drop a level - all other thralls/believers will be gestalt Artificer//something
the idea is to walk around in heavy armor and tower shield while being able to manifest just about anything
Currently looking for the best thing to take before and after Thrallherd, hopefully something that provides survivability at low levels and
brings something to the table that the thralls and believers are not going to be able to do.
Does thrallherd have any weaknesses to consider?
Will also try to get a 5x5 carpet of flying(or other flying item) and enveloping pit crafted ASAP, so I can stand on the ladder and look out of the "hatch" while I fly around and the artificer//whatevers work diligently below deck, producing fun items to drop on enemies(golems, live believers, whatever sounds fun), and standing by to swarm out into attack formation if needed (with help from a planar shepherd believer using planar bubble 10:1 time ratio)
any thoughts, or suggestions, would be appreciated, I'm willing to change the entire build except Thrallherd10 and the flying enveloping pit crafting factory, if it lets me do more of everything at all levels
