I thought the FAQ mentioned that flaming burst weapons still work on undead? So you should still get the benefits of blood in water stance when you crit against undead, just they don't get the extra damage.
BotW says "successful critical." that's not successful.

The current ruling actually reverses that standard - they explicitly note such.

Q283 How can I keep my speed up in full plate without being a dwarf?
Tooth of Savnok. 2,000 gp. What are the side effects to this tooth? You rarely change your mind and you have a harmless arrow under your skin. You also refuse to remove anything that increases your armor class. You can "disobey", but take a penalty. See Tome of Magic for details. I'm looking for something to wear over Dragonscale Husk) You quoted the wrong person, but the Ectoplasmic skin should work, I think...

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

Q 286: Are there any ways to Wild Shape into an outsider or magical beast other than using Planar Shepherd? The only other thing I can think of is Exalted Wild Shape but the forms it gives you are limited.

MoMF doesn't allow Magical Beast or Outsider forms. A 286bFrozen Wild Shape allows you to turn into Magical Beasts with the [cold] subtype. There's an epic feat that allows you to WS into magical beasts. That's all off the top of my head.

The shifter prestige class from masters of the wild, which is 3.0 unfortunately.

Any ways to change a warlock's eldritch blast to electricity, or otherwise get an electrical attack at-will for minimal level investment?

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.
Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH! Behind door number 2: A magic crown! Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY! They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.
Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.
Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time. I give you much fu. Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky, Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone, Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die, One for the Wizard on his dark throne In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

Q 287 Just learned of the Tortle race last night, and heard that there write-ups of each of the ninja turtles, a few of the mutants (ie Rocksteady and Groundchuck), and Shredder. Anyone know where I can find those?

Reserve feat? Not what I'm looking for. Eseentially, I want a way to get unlimited healing on a level 1 mechantrix.

What are the self-imposed limits for minimal investment? Two feats too much? DCFS shenanigans to make up for it? No more than one level expenditure? Action cost? Would an item work just as well?

Two feats is fine. The minimal investment is, well, because it's a level 1 character with a couple hundred gp.

Q289Aside from Divine Crusader and Ur-Priest, are there other fast-progression divine casting PrCs that get 9th level spells? (No Chameleon cheese either, I'd like to have actual ninth level slots printed in the table. )

Ew, but true. Forgot about that one (maybe I wanted to forget?). Not to come across as overly needy, but are any others that don't require you to not do what the game was designed for?
