Q 200 In what books can I find a slashing rapier (probably exotic) and short sword, and a chain whip (not a spiked chain)? I've seen them before, I just can't find them now. Big surprise.
A 200: Not sure about the slashing rapier, but you can get something similar to the chain whip from either the Chain Last (Savage Species, p 43) or the Whip Dagger (Sword and Fist, p 74). Not sure what you mean by short sword request....

A 200: There's the Cutlass in Stormwrack that might be what you're looking for on the slashing rapier thing. It's a martial weapon.

Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea. If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit. See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.

A 200: Really, a slashing rapier is exactly identical to a scimitar anyway, which is in the PHB. Both are one-handed martial weapons that deal 1d6 damage with an 18-20/x2 crit. One's piercing and the other is slashing.

Oh yes. I knew there must be some difference.
Although I'm curious why it has to be a slashing rapier. Zombies?

The elven thinblades and such. Races of the Wild, iirc. Rapier-like weapons that deal slashing damage.

Elven thinblades/lightblades are also in Complete Warrior. I didn't know they dealt slashing damage, but I never use them so I could be wrong.

Nope, they're both piercing. Thinblade merely deals 1d8 as opposed to a rapier's 1d6.

Q191: Is there a spell that can provide a +5 (or more) bonus to crafting for multiple checks? (If it matters, I'm trying to hit the DC 20 for Create Magic Tattoo without having to burn through castings of Divine Insight/Guidance of the Avatar).
A191: In the Spell Compendium, there is a cleric spell called Wieldskill that gives a +10 comp bonus on a single skill check of your choice for 1/min per level. You could Persist it or somethign wonky to extend the time. I don't see that in the SC. imarvintpa lists it as in PGtF, though. Thanks. I can probably get by with no ranks with that. I only remembered that spell giving you weapon proficiency. It's an Initiate of Gond spell in there...

Q201: if I have a Lawful-N Incarnate (Magic incarnum), and he takes on the PrC Necrocarnun Adept and falls to Lawful Evil does he still gain access to his Essentia, Soulmelds, and binds even though he can no longer progress in the incarnate. I am aware Evil-N will allow both but I need to know about lawful Evil.
Also if a Necrocarnun Adept because anything other then evil does he still possess all of his class abilities?
Necrocarnate? Is that what you're talking about? There is a good adaptation for it. Necrocarnate Adept yes thank you. I am aware of the adaptation however I still would like to know the answer to my question.

Q 203
If my weapon has been enchanted or buffed to deal energy damage (or something wackier like holy damage) on top of its normal damage and I want to make a nonlethal attack with it, does the extra damage also become nonlethal, or is it still lethal?

considering there is a spell or class ability somewhere that allows you to make it nonlethal damage, I'd say it's still lethal, though I don't gave a page number for you.

I am aware of the adaptation however I still would like to know the answer to my question. A201:If you move simply to Lawful Evil, you can't qualify for Necrocarnum Adept. Both the class and its prerequisite Necrocarnum Acolyte feat require meldshaping, and changing your alignment to something unacceptable for an Incarnate (LG, CG, TN, CE, and LE) loses your meldshaping among other class features. Thus you'd have shitty HD and a good Will save - not much else, considering the Complete Warrior Page 16 rules on such. For the same reason, if you change your alignment to something non-evil as a Necrocarnum Adept, you lose your NA class features. In any case, what you instead want to do is to gain an alignment subtype - Savage Species has rules for this. Hell, I recall making a thread about this back on 339.

Q 202:
Where could a person find pregenerated NPC Red Wizards? Preferably non-epic level ones. I've found a lot of those, and most of them are liches.
Lords of madness has abbreviated statblocks up to 10th lv. It is 3.0 though, so there might be some stat inconsistencies. It does address their gear fairly well though. Lords of Darkness, you mean. Lords of Madness is 3.5, and about abberations. Champions of Ruin has a PrC based around serving the demon Eltab, and the example NPC is a red wizard. I think Mysteries of the Moonsheas has a few Red Wizards stated as mid-level NPC's, but I could be wrong.

A 200 The one-handed (light) chain whip is Kusari Gama, DMG p 144-145. Slashing spiked chain as a light weapon.

A 204: No. Unfortunately, the Marshall got virtually nil for support (a few items in MIC, one PrC in CC, and some slight support in Dragon Magic with Dracoinc Auras.) The closest you can get is taking the Double Draconic Aura feat.
