It's "Flurry". And I think Dragon Magic. Failing that, Races of the Dragon.

Wings of Flurry is in either Dragon Magic or Races of the Dragon.  Might explain why you couldn't find it.

Higher levels feature Black Blade of Disaster, too.
THIS THING IS AWESOME!!!
I prefer Dalamar's Lightning Lance before I can get access to BBoD.

They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

Q54 Where is Boccob's Book? The relic? It's something like that, pretty sure it grants all spells into your spellbook?

Magic Item Compendium, almost assuredly. If it's not there, look in Complete Divine.

"Tome of Ancient Lore" is in both the MIC and CDiv
However, the 2 are a bit different in their abilities/qualities (very similar, but still different -- you know, to account for the 16.5k gp difference)

Q55 (I think) I want to aply the Corpse template (BoVD) to a Mature Nabassu but I was informed that Regeneration only works on living critters. Is this true and if so where can I find the rule printed?

The regeneration entry in the MM states that the creature must have a con score to benefit from regeneration. And undead by definition have no con score.

Granted, there is one notable exception (the atropal).

In theory though, if you could find some way of granting an undead a con score (an epic spell using the fortify seed), I guess that should restore its regeneration... Tongue

Could just use Fast Heal instead, since that isn't dependent on con score. Evolved Undead template, if you an swing it, works well for that.

I don't know if you count touchstone locations as well. If not there certenly are a few magical locations in the Eberron campaign setting. If you do try the planar handbook.

A 56

There's also some in Complete Scoundrel, a bunch in the environment books, the later Eberron books also have some, as does Planar Handbook. The sources that immediately come to mind as having magical locations for sure are CS, Sandstorm, Secrets of Xen'drik, Secrets of Sarlona, Dragons of Eberron, and Planar Handbook. Complete Champion might also have a few.
EDIT: Sandstorm's and Planar Handbook's are technically touchstone locations, not magical locations. Thanks, TA.

Q57a : Does a Shadowcraft Mage/Malconvoker get all of his summoning benefits when using a Shadow Illusion to emulate a summoning spell?

Q57b : How does the extra reality translate on a creature?  More HD/hp?  Higher stats/damage?
