Gotta make sure the picture's got a date on it though.
Hold a newspaper in front of the tombstone?  Most modern cameras automatically add a date to the picture, though a newspaper might be a more reliable source. Are there even any in Faerun? I only know of newspapers in Eberron. More importantly, do demons read the paper? |

Glad to see you guys are getting this thing moving again. You can of course have whatever buffs you want from the imp, as long as it is castable with Wish. And HoV sounds like he has a golfbag full of wands, too. I'm ready to move on whenever you guys are. Let me know how you're going to approach the city. You would have probably gotten a general idea where the portal is from the aboleth, but none of you have been to Myth Drannor in centuries (if ever), so you might still have to search around a bit to find it. He knew it was opened in the inner courtyard of the Crystal Palace, but that's all. |

Hmm, you know I never even considered getting buffs from Wish, but I suppose that makes sense, given that we'll still have access to the Wishes later on.

You all can just list the buffs and other things you want OOC, and we'll say you get them. I don't think we need to RP out a 30 minute long uber-buffing sequence, unless you guys just want to. Have fun keeping up with all that crap, though. Makes me think of this character of mine... What a pain in the butt.  Reminds me of the end of the first chapter in FtU, when I basically dumped all my buffs on the whole party. It wasn't quite as long as that list, but close. That's what you get in an all-Cleric party. |

Okay, let's have some Superior Invisibility on everyone. As of SpC, it's an eight-level spell. It won't help against demons with True Seeing, but we might as well avoid bumping into the weenies as best as we can, yes? RJ and Marlowe don't really need it, but I imagine everyone else might find it helpful. This way, Cade can also Stealth in big form. At CL 20, it should last 20 minutes, so it's best to get it up when everyone's ready to leave. Silence would also help, though I made sure to try and boost hide and move silently (though there's only so much I can do on my own) to whatever end I could. |

That's what you get in an all-Cleric party. Yeah, we had two Ur-Priests, an Incantatrix, and IIRC another cleric and wizard, and we went totally crazy with teh buffen. It was FKN nuts... I was very disappointed that we never actually got to run through an encounter after I joined. I think we could have taken on things like 8 or 9 CR above our level and probably been just fine unless they started unloading Holy Words or something... That character (Gabriel) seems to be cursed or something. I've written him up versions of him for like 3 different PbP games, all of which immediately died after he joined, or never even got started... |
