I don't know how much he can debuff people, but a 14 seems pretty easy to hit. Honestly, I think having the BSF guys beating it with a stick might be one of the better options. Unless the Vampire can control undead or something.
Edited my post in the game thread, btw. We'll see what happens...
Also, Tshern, did you ever find an answer to my question about Steal Spell? It wouldn't apply in this encounter, but I'm still curious.

Llochlyn indeed is the debuffer. He can give -4 with Aura of despair and Dark companion, then he has Dreadful wrath, Focalor's Aura of sadness and Imperious command... Can't recall what the three last ones give and not quite sure if I got them right.
Good thing you reminded me of the Steal spell thingee. I try to find an answer for it right now if I have the time. If not, then later tonight.
Edit: That was fast. Yes, you can choose the spell level and it applies to both arcane and divine.

Hey, it might keep him alive so we can interrogate him later. I have a juicy little spell(when I re-up my spells) that could be useful, but sadly, it requires his brain to actually be functioning.

How long will it take for me to get to him through the shortest possible way (I'm assuming that would mean flying/breaking through the windows in the top of the chapel, I have a flight speed of 70 ft. (perfect maneuverability)).

He is only around 100 feet away from the chapel, so you could see him after a single move action, but you'd be faraway from him. My friend Pythagoras says after you exit the window you would be approximately 160 feet from this dude.

So medium range spells... Baleful Polymorph works on Undead, right? Ofcourse that requires extra movement to get within range  I might have to burn a charge of my Belt of Battle then... Now let's hope his Fort save isn't boosted significantly :-\ Llochlyn, Llyd can fly can't he? Can he get close enough to bring his debuffs into play during this round? |

Baleful Polymorph doesn't work on Undead, as it requires a Fort save and it doesn't affect an object. And its Close range, anyway.

I ask because I have 3 uses of Intellect Fortress per day Also, how far do the non-flyers need to travel to get to the graveyard? I know me and Llochlyn/Llyd can fly out of the temple in 1 round by crashing the windows up high, but what about the rest of the team? |
