I need to read F and K Tiefling. Where's Touch of Captivation from? Why no Metagaming storm?

Last question about averaging.
Would that be a 2.5 for a d4 class? With the rounding down rule that will allways be 2 hp/level.
Could you be persuaded to going with average+0.5 for even levels and average-0.5 for odd levels? (so 3 hp at even and 2 at odd for a d4, 4/3 for a d6, 5/4 for a d8 etc.) Just a thought since it evens out at the same HP total as average would if it didn't lose .5 hp per level...

If you don't allow the F&K Tiefling I'll go with a Lesser Tiefling instead, no problem there.
Touch of Captivation is from Player's Guide to Eberron, p.35.
Metamagic Storm I hadn't thought about yet, maybe I'll do that for Sculpt Spell so I can squeeze in another more useful feat (maybe Otherworldly if you don't allow the F&K Tiefling? )

I'm facing one little issue : is it worth letting go of Animal or Protection devotion (I like them both a lot) in order to get one little Rhino's Rush a day (wich, with the dragonborn flying charge, could let me perform a triple damage charge)...

I think not, but might be convinced otherwise.

Also, if you have suggestions about equipment to fill the holes or to modify, I'm eager to hear them, I suck at shopping.

Can the Arcane Trickster's alignment restriction be dropped?  The more I look into it, the more I like the Spellwarp Sniper, but the only PrC that I've found to follow it is AT, and I can't be lawful.  Thats crap.  I can totally see LE being quite 'tricky', as far as getting over on people.  Does anyone see problems from me playing arcane ranged support in the form of blasting spells?  I know I was thinking about a GOD type, but this guy seems like alot of fun.  Thoughts?

If you are willing to consider being a Sorcerer, have a look at Wings of Flurry. Turning that to a ray takes away the reflex save, so it does 1d6 force damage/CL and automatically dazes the opponent!

But I think dropping the requirement is fine, unless other players protest.

Could you squeeze in a feat for Battle Jump? That should give you double damage on all charges made from 5' above your opponent and higher IIRC...

Rhino's Rush is a really fun spell, but I would suggest trying to get it more than once a day if you ditch a Devotion, mayve a Pearl of Power or something, I don't know how you want to cast it. Or up your UMD score (cross class) and pump charisma and get a masterwork tool and a competence item to use a wand in a Wand Chamber?

Also, I'm okay with the dropping of alignment restrictions

I can't remember what page it's on, but theres a chart for average HP in the DMG, because of how high hit points don't help as much as low hit points hurt.  IIRC, it went like max HP at first, then 2, 3, 2, 3 (for d4 HP) and the like.  Just check the index for hit points, or maybe the sidebar list at the back of the DMG.  I'm AFB, or I'd give you the page number.

I understand that, Tshern, but my point was more that with the method that Irthos explained somewhat better than me you don't waste .5 hp per level (not to nag or bitch, just explaining )

P.S.  I'm most likely going Wizard/Rogue/Spellwarp Sniper => Arcane Trickster, but that is sooooo not making me the trapfinder.  I've got nothing against using Ranged Legerdemain to disarm them, though.  Sorry Dictum, my ray-launching ass is staying in the middle of the marching order.
