For everyone who doesn't know who Lixer is, he is an archdevil and more importantly, the bastard son of Asmodeus. Only a few thousand years old, born as a mortal, very capable a necromancer and has a weird click with negative energy. Hates Orcus. Gates of Hell, chapter 8.

Death Ward and Mindarmor armor special abilities are in the MIC (p.10 & 13 respectively). Ring of Enduring Arcana is in Complete Mage (p. 126). Apostate is in Elder Evils, see also the link in the FEATS section of my character sheet on these boards. I can't seem to locate Aureon's Spellshard at the moment...  I hope Irthos Levethix can help with that one since he has it on his equipment list as well ~Bowen EDIT: Is it okay if I make my Item Familiar a fake tooth, or maybe some other sort of 'implant' if anyone has any great ideas, like Llochlynn did with his Tooth of Savnok? I kinda want it to be really hard to steel |

Bowen, make your item familiar into a suit of armour. Stealing it is hard, and, if it's light, it can be worn even when you're sleeping. To make matters better, armour cannot be sundered.
